Yeah, Iām not a fan of Depp nor Heard. We should probably not talk about it lest we start a flame war, so letās move on more fun topics like my sleeping schedule.
Iāve been staying up until 6am and sleeping until 2pm. I skip lunch, usually have dinner outside. Itās probably not healthy nor fiscally responsible, maybe I should try Melatonin.
Melatonin works really well. I usually go to bed around 9:30 every night and Iām up at about 4:30 in the morning. The only problem with that schedule is that the birds and dogs have learned that 4:30 is a good time to start being very loud so weekends arenāt very good for sleeping in.

Iām 19 now. Didnāt have a proper party due to being far away in university, and for some reason my birthday was on October 31st not November 1st this year. Thought the Persian calendar was aligned with Gregorian.

Met an old middle school friend of mine at the mall, she dragged me to this sketchy megachurch. Everybody was speaking in tongues at one point, it was creepy. At least the music and the redneck pastorās speech were nice.

Was supposed to have driving test todayās morning, but literally minutes before, when instructor was waiting for me to go to test centre she got a message of test cancellation which she passed on to me. After a chat with her and coming back home saw this message in the mailbox.
Itās just unspeakable how they can fuck up things that easy and with no conseqences for them.
But if I mess something up, I must pay penalty, lose fee, whatever.
I mean why the fuck they canāt give another examiner and still conduct the test if the designated one couldnāt for whatever reason, which was the reason of cancellation.

Thatās so annoying, especially if youāve hyped yourself up and are all ready. When I did my bus license they cancelled while I was waiting in the vehicle because of some light snow.

As someone who works in a diver license office, if that had happened at mine, unless we were so unbelievably swamped that we simply had no more room for any other tests at all, weād have been instructed by the supervisor to proceed, unless you were missing some crucial information. Very poor performance by that DL office there.

all Iāll say is, this election was a weird one.
assassination attempts, biden dropping out, Harris running, and a library of celebrity endorsements that just emphasizes how disconnected celebrities are from the common people.
i didnt like either candidates, educated myself on both sides, and made an informed decision while attributing my own wants and hopes for this country before voting.
the last few days alone Iāve noticed how aggressive the Democratic Party was trying to convince people for votes with volunteers going door to door convincing people why you should vote for their candidate to where it felt it wasnāt out of optimism and hope, but rather desperation.
iāve also noticed the republican rallies and the disparaging rhetoric that came out of it that made me borderline go yikes because of how much of a shit show these past few days have been.
I voted, and so Iāll end this by saying see you in four years.

As we now must apparently prepare to enter what is likely to be the darkest period America has experienced since the end of the civil war, and what is likely to be the darkest era the world as a whole has entered since the end of the Second World War, I want to say here and now, as a broken man whose trust in all things is likely now gone, I want to say, to all the women here at the forum, the people of color, the people who are not Christian, the trans-people, the non-heterosexual people, the people with chronic illnesses, the autistic people, and those of any other group whom society makes life difficult for: I am sorry.
I am sorry, that a bunch of hateful, uneducated, fearful, insecure, tiny-dicked, gullible, racist, sexist, homophobic, false Christian straight white males and their brainwashed and traitorous counterparts from each of those groups going against their own interests, have brought us to this. Iām am sorry that a bunch of people from my demographic, people who look like me and would feel comfortable disenfranchising you in my presence and talking to me about it because they felt it was ok to do so simply because I look like them, have just made life so much harder again.
And Iām not just concerned about any 4 years; all indications are, with control of all branches of government and the shift to extremist right-wing nationalism, that any elections that are held will be complete shams with all the meaning as Russia and China and Israelās elections.
Iām sorry that itās come to this. Nightmare has become reality, as a criminal with nothing but ill-intent has been put in chargeā¦ again.

Also, as someone who has always been upfront about my history, whether online and in real life, having admitted that I used to be one of those very same racist, fascistic people at a early point in my my life before growing up and leaving those worldviews behind after everything was telling me how wrong that was, Iām sort of feeling like Scott Evil at the end of Austin Powers in Goldmember, but in reverse.
