Each Linux distro should have an app downloader / manager so no need to search aimlessly for a program 
This is the one for Mint
I know but it did not contain Signal sadly as it does not exist for the distro officially. But got it working with Snap.

May have some potential bad news. My wife went in to have her chest examined today as normal, but they didnāt tell her to come back in six months, and instead told her to talk to her doctor. Could just be bad communication, or they just donāt know what they saw, and she has had a history of benign growths. All the same, she does have a family history of the big C in that region, and her astrological readings, which she believes in more than I do but I donāt completely discount, has given her a warning of something coming. Gonna talk to her doctor tomorrow. Hoping for a big nothing, or if itās something, that itās treatable.

Well, no real update. The doctor didnāt give my wife any bad news per se, but the information given doesnāt align with what she was told the previous day at a different office, so itās uncertain if the correct information was shared. Gonna need to get a second opinion. But, nothing to panic over just yet at least, so Iāll take that as a good sign for now.

I got a COVID vaccine yesterday. Iāve now woken up at 2 in the morning with my body feeling really sensitive and aching. I was expecting this though. Same thing happened the last time I got a shot also.

Well this mustāve been the biggest case of jinxing myself Iāve ever experienced. Just a few hours after complaining about the lack of car batteries in Miami in the Mildly Annoying Details thread, I discovered my own car needed a new battery!

Been thinking a lot about wanting to get a Steam Deck.
Iām not usually a fan of PC Gaming and never really had a computer that could run games higher than low-mid specs. Also probably feels better to me to have a dedicated gaming device seperate from all the regular computer stuff.
Would definitely get me to check out more of my steam library
But, the OLED model is like 650$ CAD over here which is uhhhhh
So Iām waiting for a sale thatāll probably never happen because itās still a popular device eheh

You can also use it for emulators if you want and itās on the go, use it wherever you want along some of the PC games you like, like Hitman Ģ¶GĢ¶OĢ¶ WoA 
You can never know with Valve, they might do a slight price cut during the winter sale

Thatās a needlessly hostile assessment of it. I didnāt say āsomeone should murder Johnny Deppā, it wasnāt a call to violence, it was a dark joke insulting his acting.
FYI, I donāt actually want Depp to die. I just find his recent roles kinda crap.
By the by, Depp said he wished Amber Heardās ārotting corpse was decomposing in the fucking trunk of a Honda Civicā, so weāre not exactly discussing an angel here.
