There’s a lot of not so good stuff happening to Chris right now primarily because because of the people Chris is living with exploiting him for profit (basically making Pennie’s while Praetor makes Dollars) and this seems to be one of the things they’re doing.

Fishtank.live is about bringing upstart content creators to mainstream limelight through niche and unique interests. It is counterculture by its very nature. Ultimately people bemoaned at me when I started posting it so they decided to antagonise me, but as shocking as some people want to believe I was inspired to post it on this forum because I liked how interesting and dynamic the project was and wanted to share it. Wish this forum can embrace that.
While this is true, the Praetor group are the same people that pushed Chris into committing incestuous acts towards Barb. It’s generally known and accepted amongst onlookers who follow Chris’s life not to directly interact and donate to him simply because we know where the money is going and it’s simply best to not interfere or encourage their disillusions.
Chris has been trying to wash away the truth and denied his past misconduct despite evidence suggesting otherwise. The reality of things is that Chris is an absolute dumpster fire. He’s a person I don’t pity given the tumultuous cycle that is his life and how he’s objectively done terrible things that weren’t influenced by vindictive people.

Come to think of it, the Game Awards are so stuffed with trailers and ads and announcements and “World Premieres!!” that the 3-hour show becomes one big blur by the next day. I’m having to look up recap articles about titles that were shown off, because I just can’t remember.
Some of them are memorable enough if I’m a fan of them – very hyped they’re making a new Crazy Taxi – but overall it’s way too much.
Also fuck, they really did give every award recipient just 60 seconds before a teleprompter says “Please Wrap It Up”. I get that 8 minutes was too much last year, but just a single minute?? For usually a group of people or others working with translators? And even for your biggest category of the night?

Yes, you see it is vitally important that every single second of the show not sparsely dedicated to the awards should be space for an ad unless it is an excuse for Geoff to pal around with Kojima.
So far the only highlight of the game awards 2023 was Poets of the Fall performing and seeing Ilkka Villi, Sam Lake, Matthew Porretta, and David Harewood all on stage doing the Choreography for Herald of Darkness.
I’ve seen people who haven’t played Alan Wake 2 just be confused during the performance and saying they pre recorded it and lip synced the performance, and then on the other end of the spectrum people who played the game the reaction to the performance was overwhelmingly positive and was the best part of the show.
It really was the big moment of the show, I didn’t even really watch this year but when I saw it breaking that they performed Herald of Darkness I dropped everything. Nothing got me interested until I popped back in to see who would take GOTY which went to the game I thought it was going to in the first place.
