You need a (not so) fancy graphics program like paint shop pro or photo shop. Something with the ability to do layers and you can put the flag behind your image, or you can find a filter overlay app that has a translucent flag filter.
I used to have those programs but not anymore, maybe just ask someone here to do it for you.
Lol powerpoint can work too I guess.
I mostly use Paint.NET for photo editing. It’s a bit simple but it’s free and got enough depth to cut up pictures easily. Plus, there’s layers so you can layer different things on top of each other.
For drawing I use something completely different.
I did a rookie attempt at making a pfp with characters that I think are LGBTQIA+ and there sexuality for pride month(I’m gay and non-binary btw)
Wait Ken Morgan, Janus and Hush are LGBTQ+? When was that revealed or hinted at? Unless I’m misinterpreting this.
I think the only one that was hinted at is Janus and Sierra Knox and the rest is what I think.
This might be a dumb question but when was Janus hinted to be LGBTQ?
I’m not exactly sure but I saw a forum member say it last year im not sure if it is true tho

I feel like Janus and Hush are too preoccupied with their big brains to give any signs on that part. Personally I don’t think any of them are (incl. Morgan), but what do I know
