Deluxe Escalation unlocks (except the Suites) are unlocked after completing all levels; not just the first level. This needs to be corrected on the first post.

No, it’s just for the first level. There are challenges for completing all levels, but the Deluxe and 7DS items all unlock after finishing the first level.

You’re definitely right about the 7DS (there’s no way in hell I’m ever going to finish the Wrath escalation), but they’re right about the Deluxe Escalations. The suits unlock after the first level, but the items don’t unlock until after all three levels are done.
(Couldn’t remember either, so I doublechecked on my alt account. 
)

Huh. I don’t have access to Hitman 3 right now, so i just assumed. I was sure they’s changed the escalations unlock format all the way since the release of Hitman 3, but i guess i got mixed up with the 7DS stuff…

Huh, weird. I remembered doing all the deluxe escalations 6 times, each time it will give me all 2 items and a suit after I finished the first level. On top of that, Urben was the one who added those requirements (start the first level, finish the first level), so it was definitely like that before. Maybe IOI changed things around now.
Edit: Just checked and it said complete ALL levels for the deluxe item rewards. You’re right. But for 7DS, it is still complete the first level. IOI why are you like this smh
Edit 2: Only the three deluxe escalations released at launch (Dubai, Dartmoor, Chongqing) required you to complete all levels. The other three escalations still give you the rewards after you did the first level

Is there any way i can get google stadia unlocks, on my main account that i have on steam?

No, those are exclusive to the Stadia platform. This game does not have any cross-platform save transfer. You can still use those items using mods (offline) or using the Peacock Server (online), but it will not be in your main account on Steam

According to the March 2022 Roadmap, the HWK21 Covert is slated to be an unlock for the March 24th batch of targets in the Arcade. However, this pistol is already an unlock. One of the very first unlocks, actually. Been a Paris reward since 2016. Obviously an oversight. Hopefully the devs are alerted to this mistake and fix it before the 24th. There are so many in-game guns they could swap the reward with.

This item isn’t available through normal means so it wouldn’t be apart of the overall unlockables. Hopefully this changes though.
Wrong thread. Anything that hasn’t been officially revealed by IO and has been extracted from the game data has to be posted within the leaks section (there is a thread titled Leaked Items/Suits Megathread).
