This needs to happen. I love references/Easter eggs to the previous games, that’s why I love all the nostalgia disguises that came with the Deluxe Edition.
This is going to be so cool though if the butcher suit comes as part of this DLC. Judging from your post, I definitely seems to be pointing that way by having those NPC wearing that disguise.

Pretty sure not all of them will be escalations, assuming that 2 sins won’t be on the same map, that means one should be on a redesigned ICA facility and I don’t see how it would make sense to put a major change behind a escalation
Let’s hope we actually get some good stuff maybe io are just not telling us the big things for surprises
Weather or not it’s good is rather subjective.
I wouldn’t count on something “special”, I would go so far and say that it’s going to be 7 Escalations with the current theme. Hoping for something else, might just be setting yourself up for a rather big disappointment. I simply don’t think it’s in the cards.
If you’re expecting more than 7 escalations you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. It might be more than that, but I certainly wouldn’t count on it.
Also if you buy it knowing that’s likely what it is, you can’t blame IOI for that. No one forced you.
Never was blaming io I don’t know what to expect from this that’s why I’m asking however I’m just not happy with what we had so far especially when we got the hitman 2 DLC for the same price

Since there is a challenge for the item, the game can track you receiving it. That brings us to the question…

I don’t think ‘Every’ ET (such as the reactivated ones). But more likely any new ones.
Edit: I’m assuming you’re referring to the cumulative items like the 1/7th painting that was available for The Collector.
Edit 2: Items to collect? Or items such as rewards/unlocks? 
Note I mean the original H3 ETs during the seasons of sin.
As much as I would like it to unlock something interesting and unique as a special reward, it would be unfair (or at least decried as unfair) to have it be locked behind completing 7 ETs’ optional objective. Especially when IO hasn’t announced it beforehand, so people may just skip the optional objectives (most likely to try and rank high on the leaderboard) or they’ll fail the ET because there’s no apparent long term reward for completing ETs this time around.
Failing something because you didn’t know the rules isn’t fun imo
