So, instead of the April Roadmap, we’re excited to kick-off the the Season of Greed in HITMAN 3 on March 30, which starts the release of new content, both paid (see above) and free for existing owners. A Season of Sin can last anywhere between 4-6 weeks and include Escalations, Featured Contracts and Elusive Targets. The full content roadmap for what’s included in the Season of Greed will be released in the first full week of April.
There’s supposed to be a new roadmap (or whatever they are calling it since the Sins re-branding) being shared in the first full week of April, so probably arriving any time from this coming Tuesday given Easter Monday is a public holiday in many places (including Denmark, I think).
The Devil’s Cane also works as a key to the secret passages in Dartmoor, which is helpful. Hope this is intentional (as if it’s just coded for any cane) and they keep it in
Sadly, it’s a item that you can’t start out with as it needs a suitcase which you can’t bring as the detective. Might still shave off time from getting the other one if you make it an agency pickup but no insta-secret pathways upon load sadly.
They could put in some easter egg related to greed, when you open a pathway with the greed cane finding something like gold bars lol.
I have said this in a couple of threads as well but a few people have totally dismissed the idea saying IOI won’t do it. Glad you’ve seen it from my perspective and stuck with a little bit of optimism
Would be really cool to see a special assignment mission as part of the Seven Deadly Sins DLC. IOI might very well surprise us.
The only things other than Escalations I can see them implementing in 7DS would be more lame Special Assignments or 7DS-exclusive branded contracts (like the Kinda Funny or MinnMax ones). I agree there’s next to zero chance of a bonus mission.
Except the first day of every month could be on a major holiday or a weekend. Makes sense that they release it on a working day and take a day to create the images and text to add flavour to the content.
I’d say a slight chance for bonus missions, but still very small.
I think IOI’s thinking right now based on what we’ve seen already is making escalations more involved and interesting. I would pay $30 for 7 The Satu Mare Deliriums or Berlin Egg Hunts with zero reluctance, as they feel like real alternate content and not just expanded and professionally designed contracts. Greed isn’t as good as that maybe, though it does have some interesting concepts, but perhaps many of the other 6 will be.
I think for many escalations will never be good enough though, and that’s fine. Those people can wait for a sale.
I have a theory that if Lust is in Berlin, the giant pig tank will be turned into a cow. IIRC there is a little fireplace right next to it, and there definitely is a gas canister.
Alternatively, it is a pig tank, so possibly Gluttony. If we were to get the leaked Butcher outfit Berlin would be the most fitting map. There are rats running around Berlin as well, probably irrelevant though. Pig tank may have a bold, echoing voice coming from it. We also have rat poison and some strange rat graffiti going around Berlin.
Alright, this is a leaked image of tech crew with a pig mask. In the original Meat Kings Party level there were tons of pigs hanged and butchered by the butchers. I think it is safe to say for the Season of Gluttony we will be killing these pig men as the butcher in Berlin.
Given the difference between bonus missions, special assignments, and escalations, I’d rather have a good escalation than a special assignment and I’d rather have a special assignment than a bad escalation. Bonus missions trump all except for legitimately new maps.

The animal corresponding to gluttony is pig/swine/boar so I agree with you there, seems like a safe assume to make. Not sold either way on it being the butcher yet tho. Interesting that’s already in the files considering gluttony won’t been until ~ August

I agree with you that this is a safe bet for the Gluttony season and potentially the butcher suit opportunity to shine.
Additionally, we have TWO butcher items and ONE butcher outfit. They did say each contract from a sin will give you two items and one suit.
Sorry, not that I know of. Though apparently there is some minor stuff referencing a Berlin and Mendoza elusive target? I don’t know, haven’t been paying much attention.
