Hitman 3 DLC in the Works

HITMAN 2 Gold promised extra locations and everyone was disappointed with it because it promised extra missions as well and they were the special assignments which aren’t well liked.

The deluxe edition is what they said it was. There wasn’t any lack of communication like H2 Gold.

I am not airing anything just stated my wish that the DLC will be included in the deluxe pack and gave reason as to why I feel that way. Take it easy.

You’ve got 2 flagged posts in a row now, so I thought I’d intervene with a friendly warning that we tend to keep things positive around here.

Thank you for your intervention. Last thing I want is to be flagged in this esteemed forum.

Think that’s what IOI intended anyway. The different suits are just a nod to previous timelines in the franchise. It’s a cool addition to the game for those that paid for the Deluxe version.

This! Tho Im kind of sad that there isnt an Absolution reference. Sure, we all know what the people think of it, but it was my first Hitman game. Without it, I wouldnt have started to get this invested in it, and without it, WoA wouldnt be what it is today. So at least show some respect to the work you did.

Especially after I read some Dev interview which basically said “When work on Hitman 2016, most people only worked on Absolution, with only a few from Blood Money, and not a single dev who worked on the older games”. And that was before the layoff after Square Enix. Im kind of dissapointed that they didnt showed some respect to something thats basically whole current IOIs workforces past.

Then you have to think of it, a lot of people like the game. We don’t have any confirmation there won’t be an Absolution suit though the Escalation challenges. Remember we’ve had two Silent Assassin suits through the February roadmap, so in March we may very well get a Absolution suit alongside the already seen Contracts one

What about an “easter egg mission” in Japan? In japanese missions in Hitman Silent Assassins there was this newspaper. So it could be nice a mission in Hokkaido where the targets are three danish criminals

Aside from the fact that the Pictures are problably Developers, I don’t think much more can be done with Hokkaido.

Yes I suspected they were developers, but it would be cool

If they ever do real bonus missions again I’d certainly want them to be on maps that don’t already have one.

it’s likely going to be maps from hitman 2.

And Hitman 3. Both hadn’t real Bonus Missions yet.

You mean like Hawke’s Bay and Haven in a different time of day?

Or just taking a page from the Special Assignments, keep the time of day, and add more NPCs?

Two of the Four changed the Time of Day/Weather. They just got even more lazy with later ones I assume.

It would be pretty fun to see the inside of that hotel. I’m thinking like an Icon style map where much of the original level is blocked off. They would also have to redo the street in front to make it look like it’s no longer race weekend and then just build a fun level around the hotel (=. Nighttime since the main Miami is day.

Imagine it being a horror hotel, with bird costumed people walking around with hatchets and murdering other ‘guests’. Or there being crime scenes and you find them there. 'solve the mystery of the butchering birds!" Then end up unlocking the butcher costume and pay them back.
