I’ve downloaded the latest version of WOA on the PS5 and was charged accordingly. However, the game only allows me to play the first free level and says I need to purchase the remaining levels. As mentioned, I paid for the full version but no go.
Any assistance would be most helpful
Thank you for your picture. The only Starter Pack I can recall is the free starer pack, however it’s free and you’re saying you paid for the game, so I’m thinking this would be the standard edition, which should give you acess to most destinations.
Starter Pack is free, and it shows as installed on your screenshot.
I don’t know, but it may be counted as higher than full version of the game.
Try to unistall and delete it from library and try the full game again.
If it does not help, try to reinstall the full game, but reboot console before installing again
Well, then I really don’t know. Hitman 3 is supposed to give you everything. It’s probably a serious error. Which level do you have acess to?

I appreciate the response, however I’ve already tried that, even omitting the free level. However, the free level installed anyhow. FFS! I’ve wasted a lot of time and $93 on this with zero return. Sorry, im quite frustrated

After purchasing the game, did you open HITMAN WoA’s “Manage Game Content” on the PS5 console’s menu screen and install all purchased DLC?
If you have installed and played the demo version first, the DLC may remain uninstalled.
Please open “Manage Game Content” and check.

From the looks of it, only the demo version is installed.
Please try installing it again by pressing the down arrow key on the game icon, selecting “…”, and then selecting the PS5 version you purchased from the “Select Version” menu.
After successful installation, DLC such as HITMAN3 Dubai will be listed in the “Manage Game Content” list, and you should be able to play those stages in the game if you have installed all the DLC counties for HITMAN3. You should be able to play that stage in the game once you have installed all of the DLC for HITMAN3.
It is indeed showing “installed”.
To me, this seems to be caused by the PS5 itself rather than the game.
By the way, do you have enough free space on the internal SSD?
HITMANWoA requires about 80GB of free space.
If the SSD is not the cause either, it seems there is nothing I can do to help.

It’s a brand new PS5 with ~ 850gb free. Ive one other game installed that worked just fine.
