What happened in house for sale?

It is implied that some of Janus’ bodyguards disappeared and that there was a murder in the empty house that is for sale.
Can anyone put the pieces together and explain me what exactly happened?

I’m pretty sure this video with Helen west’s dialogue explains it I could be wrong though

Janus’s old head of security lives there but Helen West killed him. Nolan Cassidy is his replacement.

Thanks. It’s unclear though, where did all that blood came from, I though it was a shoot out or knives, but seems that it all happened because of the poisoning.
