I believe one guard voice line (by a restricted area or a frisk or something) says something along the lines of “Did you get me x this year?”

In Landslide once Bravuomo reaches his office, the CCTV guard goes to the hippie’s room to meditate, meaning no cameras in the map can spot you any more

Yea if there are no NPCs at any record station the cameras no longer function in the sense of seeig you, sending a guard or compromising you. Hence why the icon doesnt have working cameras

Yeah the soundcloud is nice. They also have their own Bandcamp where you can freely download all three songs in various formats. I downloaded the full album many years ago and I still listen to it ocassionally. Shine A Light is the coolest of the three IMO
