Old but cool discovery: in A House Built On Sand, if you manage to get Kong killed and his bodyguard being the one to notice his death, he will get depressed and got sit next to the counter of the café. Here he will get in a chat with the waiter Kong was constantly abusing and she will comfort him after he admits his career as bodyguard is over, and ends in both agreeing to have a date.

I think it makes sense and is cool that the existing guards put on masks, but yeah it’s really disappointing you’re required to kill the story targets for it to happen; it changes all the NPC paths of the facility and adds a new disguise, was gonna make a puzzle contract out of it

Yeah there’s a few bugs, like the white guards suddenly become black (their clothes), and when you take some of their clothes they don’t become naked, you make a copy of their clothes
The thing I dislike about the Agency Guards is that they a very similar to the Dubai guards, I feel their outfit fits better as a royal guard for some third world dictator. They look very ceremonial in my opinion, which I find to be an ill fit for facility guards. I hope that during the lock down procedure that they would switch to something more tactical gear, other then just a gas mask.

The standard ICA security guards look okay but it’s the more elite ones that are the more inappropriate one

its a shame they changed the Guards Outfit from those Robes they had in the Trailer.
I can see why they did this tho, many guests wear those Robes too so you cant tell them apart easily in instinct mode.

Can you upload a picture of the guards pre-release? I can’t recall what they looked like.
Indeed… Would´ve been nice if they kept them on the heliport at least, though I do like the current version of the guards even more probably. I wish they´d patch-change the ICA elites though…

He is, you can find him as one of the commandos on the last flatbed car before you hit the staff area. I could have swore I mentioned it on this thread that or it was on another one.

Weird detail but true, in China if you kill all the guards before you delete the data and leak the ICA Files all blue guards turn into red guards and all guards even if deceased will magically have a mask on.
A few additional guards also spawn in too.
