Things About Hitman You Just Found Out

I’m not familiar with the context of it, but I’m guessing it’s a ridiculous summary of a target who wears a turban?

Ghost Mode originally had a working title of “Assassination Race” in its early concept stages (I think it was originally way more than 1v1)

Just found out now that they’ve abbreviated the title in the files to “assrace”

idk if the numbers mean anything but I scratched em anyway)

Here’s something very interesting. There’s a disguise contract complication called “Disguise_Any” (vs. the one we all know “Disguise_Hitman_Suit” Suit Only)
I don’t think I’ve seen this used anywhere, even in escalations.

“Assassination Race” was to be a 16-player mode. When H2 was first announced, the blurb that was supplied to retailers to put up on their online stores had a small mention of this mode in error and a revised one was later sent out that removed it.

Looks like AR and Ghost Mode are the same thing, and what became GM was just the 1v1 version of it.

It’s part of the Afghanistan arc of the game, yeah. You have to assassinate a local Khan who is in a UN motorcade, he does indeed wear a turban. :joy:

That’s a lot of corporate deception just to steer us away from the truth of the assrace. :eyes:

But is he tho? Hey wears the same Headscarf like Sheikh Gazali in Paris and the Sheikh in BM, are those called Turban too?
The Guys in the Indian Missions wear what i would call a Turban.

It was my understanding that these are all called turbans. But I suppose we can split hairs and say the Khan and the Sheikhs are wearing more generic headscarves.

The Khan is always going to be a turban legend, though. It’s canon.

The word for it is keffiyeh or ghutrah and no @MrOchoa they are not quite the same. It could still be a turban with extenuating extra cloth.

I’ve just found out some hidden dialogue for knocking out the painter in Mumbai on Youtube.I don’t remember seeing it on the forum before(even though I could be wrong as the video is quite old),so here it is:

Kill Rico Delgado as P Powers, then hide his body well when his personal bodyguard Jose comes in for Rico. If he can’t find Rico’s body after a thorough search, Jose will sit on Rico’s chair :joy:

Brilliant. The devs really had a Sikh sense of humor when making that game :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

in Berlin, one tech guy goes to the roof to smoke. never noticed this before. there’s probably a contract that takes advantage of this

also, the sparks from a key hacker can detonate a thrown propane flask…RIP

(of course the one time I was trying to roleplay a slow and methodical 47, he DIES)

The real thing I want to find out about Apex Predator is why 47 has a unique tone when he identifies Agent Green. He says “Agent Green” like he’s surprised, but almost pleasantly so.

What in tarnation is their history? He’s the only one who gets that reaction from 47, I believe.

This is the background image used for Whittleton Creek

Quick question for you: Where is this in the map?
Answer: It’s not. Possibly a beta version of WC, this picture can’t be recreated in game.

There are no driveways with brown sedans on them, no houses with a US flag next to a cyan flag, yadda.

He is not going on the rooftop. He glitched through the wall up to the rooftop. The same happens sometimes with the dj near the bar and the enforcer bartender

is he glitching though? I followed him as he walked back downstairs and it seemed normal. but I’ll take your word for it
