Question about Hitman starter pack

Guys if i have Hitman WOA free starter pack which gives only Dubai and ICA training missions, if i buy the Hitman part 1 pack will it unlock the hitman 1 missions in the starter pack itself? Or should i own the main game? Btw doesn’t the full WOA game contain hitman 1 already???

I’m pretty sure it will just “upgrade” the starter pack, shouldn’t be any need to redownload anything.

But yes you are correct if you buy the standard edition of WOA you get all 3 game’s missions, excluding Haven and New York.
