Agents, attention! Agent 47 has become excessively obsessed with internet memes, causing mission styles to spiral out of control. The ICA is now launching a global search for the “Annual Memes Contract”!
All maps and all contracts types are allowed,just follow this rules:
- No glitch or modded contracts.Include wemod and missions without contract mode
- No auto-fail complications.Include speical exit that cause autofail
- No contract that have more than 2 complications (to make contract fun to play)
- submit contracts must have a reference meme
- No explicit/copyrighted/politics/discrimination/other not suitable content.
- for HCCE contracts,do not limit weapons or suits that needs deluxe edition,extra paid DLCs,ET unlocks or twitch unlocks
How to make a meme contract to submit?
Better be contract theme,like marking targets base the meme.In the title and briefing also will be good ,but in that case contract have to be fun.It Is possible to use a meme with celebrities,but do not make it obvious to a celebrity(like write the name straighty because copyright stuff),I find an artist to draw all thumbnails so you actually not need a ingame screenshots but need to tell be the meme you use,will re-draw all memes that get picked as thumbnails but characters in thumbnails will be 47 or ingame NPCs

A catastrophe recently struck a recent guest at Haven, as her partner was seemingly dragged underwater by a shark. In reality, this was Anah Bajaj, gun-for-hire of Swedish-Maldivian descent, performing a hit set by Cindy McEnroe. Also complicit was the lifeguard on duty, Chanthavong Chantrea, who temporarily kept the truth under wraps. Haven administration has discovered the truth, and wishes to set things right through some “competent lifeguarding” while McEnore is still on the island.

Well this guard on Haven sounds like Blahaj, that iconic shark from Ikea who sits atop my keyboard and inspired me to make a contract out of him. This Haven blahaj however was up to no good and will soon be sleeping with the fishes in a more morbid way. There’s many ways the blahaj has been memed, but if there were one way it would fit Hitman, it’d have to be the one where the fella’s dressed for a suit only run. Too bad blahaj won’t be getting suit only on this one, but given there’s a couple ways to get that disguise, both easy and quick, I think it adds to the fun.

@Quartz_tan, I’d like to clarify. Where should the meme be referenced, in the Suggested contract image, in the briefing, in the title, in the situation in the contract itself? Is it possible to use a meme with celebrities, trollface of any kind? Do I understand correctly that you will use both a screenshot from the game and the meme image together?

Uh it is not political to my knowledge, but I don’t know anything about politics. Sorry if it is.
I’ve only ever seen it used generically eg.

When is the submission deadline? Edit: Didn’t see it. 
I have an idea, but not sure if it would qualify since it references another video game. A game that spawned a number of its own memes. I can’t decide if I should make direct references or borrow exact phrases/lines, or have words that are similar but not exact matches.
