Player-Made Elusive Contracts (All Platforms)

Looks like your hiatus will take place after you make the next target. Or maybe pass it on to someone of your choosing.

But scooby has already beaten him with their own score, there was a <100 difference
@ColdDayInHell (tagged not quoted because mobile forum is strange) I’m still up for making contracts as making them demand more creativity than skill imo. Even if someone beats me today I’ve planned out a Chongqing contract that still works well as a standalone mission.

Hi. This looks very interesting and fun. So I joined to take part in this. Can’t wait to try and post my results. :v:

Welcome to the forum and to the Elusive Contracts! Just make sure to follow the rules. Always great when new and more players join those contracts
Btw: Will try my run later today, guess I still have time?

Thanks. I read the rules and really like how they are.

Please can you… wait about a day before trying? I don’t want to get beaten a day before the deadline

Oh damn, even I was going to play this today. Although I’m curious to see the Chongqing contract you have ready for us, so guess I’ll skip it for this week lol. Plus I’m not in the mood to create another contract in case I win it lol.

You could always do a kill everyone challenge in the elusive contract!
Seriously though, feel free to give it a try. Crewdy’s great at contracts.

Played the contract and got a slightly better score. Sorry…
185’481 points + 20’000 = 205’581 points

Knew where the mic was so planned to get the keycard first and then went for the mic. Picked up a propane flask on my way to the room – just to have another option to kill the target if the emetic trick failed. When I arrived by the target I decided to go with the explosion and not even bother trying the emetics on him. It worked!

Don’t really have the time to create the next contract, so I’ll gladly leave this honour to @linux_penguin ! (Of course only if nobody else beats my time…)

If someone beats your time I will metaphorically eat my hat that I don’t have
Fingers crossed you do win and I can get some use out of the ‘contract creator’ column on the google doc
Thank you!

Can’t play. It gives me an error. And yes I am imputing the correct ID. :man_shrugging:

The correct platform’s ID as well? What error do you get?

Can’t remember what it said but the correct platform ID is correct. 2=ps4

Haha! Don’t celebrate too early, @linux_penguin ! There are still a few hours left… Anyway, looking forward to a Chongqing contract!

12 hours to go! Great to see a good amount of varying strats. I’m sad that everyone made this look easy when I thought it would be a tough one :joy:

You could always try searching by contract name, or just by map, I doubt many new contracts get created on Bangkok. Good luck and have fun

@djsojus congrats you’re the provisional winner by 3 whopping seconds :joy:

Final score: 205,138

Saw a few videos after coming to post this here and I see that checking the map for targets is allowed. Guess I’ll do that next time and save some time there :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t win because now @linux_penguin can submit his contract lol.

Thanks for this. I went it prepared, so it felt even more satisfying pulling it off haha!

You might not like this, but here’s a bonus video of a hilariously easy way of taking him out with nothing but a single coin :joy:

Nice! Next time you’ll get me (and I will once again fail miserably)

Time for the next one!

The Block

Good morning, 47. Welcome to Chongqing.
A human rights charity in the area has ordered our services after a recent inquest into the local homeless shelter, “The Block”. An undercover journalist, disguised as a homeless person, entered the building. Soon enough, they discovered the sinister truth, but there appears to have been a turn for the worse as all communication has been cut off. You are to eliminate key members of this group, including the lead scientists and guards. Best of luck.
Surveillance footage from ICA archivist Imogen Royce’s drones reveal that the journalist is being kept on the fourth floor of the building, and has been injected with a memory-erasing serum. Fortunately, we have the antidote, which is to be administered via his IV drip. This will also create a temporary illusion of death, similar to the serum used on Agent Smith in the Pine Cone Rehabilitation Centre, and once he has been taken to the morgue, agents will rescue the journalist.
In addition to these two missions, our client is also offering a bonus for giving vital items to the homeless of the district. The drop-off locations have been attached below.

Target Details

1
Sister Lei is the lead scientist. Ruthless and methodical, it is clear she is behind this operation, not Hush, her liasion with a rival agency. Her manipulation skills are being put to good use with Hush. She is too cruel to be kept alive. Unfortunately, we are unable to pinpoint an exact location in the building for the target, as she infrequently talks with Hush.
1
Meilin Du is another scientist, responsible for creating the serum used on the target. If we eliminate Du, then this serum will hopefully never be used again. Surveillance footage provides us with much more useful information regarding his exact location in the building. Check your map on-site for more details.
1
Marcos Franco guards the higher floors of the block. He pays keen attention to detail, and will be suspicious of anyone he doesn’t recognise. In the event of Lei and Du’s deaths, he has been ordered to eliminate the journalist, which can’t be allowed to happen.
1
Harald Newcombe guards the lower floors of the block. He was the one responsible for welcoming and eventually incapacitating the undercover journalist. It is uncertain how many people have been lured in by his false promises, but his removal will surely save lives.

Primary Objectives:
Eliminate Targets:

  • Sister Lei
  • Meilin Du
  • Marcos Franco
  • Harald Newcombe

Rescue the journalist by injecting any emetic syringe into his IV drip.

Secondary Objective:
Show hospitality by placing the following items at the drop-off points for the following bonuses. I’d only recommend this if you’re looking to make up for lost time or missing SA stars.
Apples (Not already by homeless) - 2000 each.
Apricots - 2000 each.
Bananas - 3000 each
Blueberry Muffin (From ICA Facility) - 4000. Make sure it doesn’t break!
Coins (Not brought in, and not the one by homeless) - 1000 each. These can be picked up by the homeless.
Soap - 1000 each
The meaty bone is uncooked and should not be given to people without the means to safely cook it. That would be insulting.

PC ID: 1-30-8375828-94 (Thanks @Beldingford )
PS ID: 2-30-9854293-81 (Thanks @ZeroGravitas )
Xbox ID: 3-30-8780612-02

We believe the journalist will have hit a point of no return July 26th at approximately 21:00 GMT.

For Recreation

Briefing should be up to “best of luck”.
The scientists are often around the journalist, Harald is at the front door and Marcos is on a laptop by the security box.

Thanks @djsojus for letting me make this one!

So congrats to @djsojus who is the winner with a massive 205,581, and I believe @linux_penguin has been nominated to take the next contract.

All in favour say Aye!

Looking forward to seeing what we get

Damn, calm down! :joy:

Those targets look spicy. I will probably leave this one until later in the week when I have a bit more time but looking forward to giving it a go.
