So… does the canon kill in this not count as an accident? I’ve tried setting this up multiple ways, and I always lose SA for killing Don Yates with the canon.
If the cannon blast itself kills Yates then it isn’t an accident, but if the cannon explodes a car that Yates is standing next to then it is.
Well done. I also like your cinematic and sort of realistic playing style. Requires patience but feels more imersive and true.
I agree, and I also see a missed opportunity. What if you attended as an Herald, and when Yates asks for your loyalty, you decline, prompting him to as for a private talk (like in Isle of Sgail).
Thanks
Yes I do approach Hitman in a more realistic & cinematic way. That’s how I prefer to play stealth games
Now that´s a smart bullet!
A new exit has been discovered in Mendoza during The Farwell. It takes place at the shrine and appears to only be visible/triggered when wearing the Requiem Suit.
Here is the Reddit post by Mr_Venom which includes a video showing it in action.
This exit was introduced in Mendoza Deluxe Escalation.
Guru Suit was used in that Escalation
That’s incredible! I wonder if there is time to order the shot and then push them off the ledge to see what happens?
Did some tests. I think targets have to be alive for them to take the shot. If you push the target after you give the kill order the sniper team will do nothing.
Alive and conscious.
Yes I am tinkering a lot for this ET.
basically every weapon from friday the 13rth.
Is there a way to execute the Eyes on Target opportunity, Suit Only and on any difficulty, please?
I think the game doesn’t allow you to communicate with the sniper team unless you wear the Gaucho disguise, so it’s not possible to do suit only.
After picking up the earpiece in the suit: nothing.
Nanoseconds after I swap into a Gaucho: Falcon, I have…
I was disappointed too at first, but that makes sense that the sniper team listens to you only if they can see you’re one of their men (even though it’s a ridiculous concept that they don’t verify the info they get, but that’s the beauty of Hitman I guess).
Would be nice if it worked in the mercenary disguise too though…
i dunno. i don’t see any reason it needed a disguise. it’d also be helpful if they gave an in-game hint that it required one; i had to turn on mission guidance to find that out.
In-game hint = The guys talking to the sniper team are both gauchos ![]()
To be fair though, I too thought I could just use the earpiece in any disguise and had to turn mission guidance on to check that I can only do it in that one ![]()
