) ok. So im new to this si forgive me if this has already been discussed. When i purchased the hitman games i opened an account with ioi and linked my games to my then email. However i have since deleted that email when i did a factory reset on my phone. Dont ask lol. So i created a new email and a new account with ioi but i cant link to my new email because it’s still linked to my old one. And it doesnt give me the option to change. And no i dont remember my old emails password and i tried to recover it countless times. What do i do?

As far as I know the only way to unlink games from IOI Account is to delete the linked account from IOI Account itself.
You need to log in to your IOI Account, go to Account Settings tab and click a tiny cross on the account you want to delink.
Personally I don’t know other way to do this.

If you can’t recover your old email password, maybe you can address to that email service support for they to assist you?

I’ll try to tag @Dennis_IOI and @ioi_christianco, maybe they can do something or give a tip on how to unlink games from IOI Account without logging into actual IOI Account
