My game’s brightness is changing and it becomes unplayable in some parts because it becomes too frequent video below:

You settings seems off though, could you share them? Graphics ones I mean
Everything is as low as possible without amd fsr2. But with the resolution scale 0.6
My PC settings are:
8gb ram
i5 10th
without graphics card
HITMAN game is pretty demanding to hardware specs, so I guess this is the problem.
To process all the graphics hardware should have at least the lamest supported graphics card.
Biult-in graphics cards could handle the task though, but because of their nature they can’t work with complex graphics which is mainly games of course.
They can display desktop or video, but when it comes to games, they are just not designed to work with such massive data and that’s why you are experiencing this issue.
You just need to upgrade your system or get a new, modern one, preferably which is built for gaming
