How do you get Mass Murderer in this game?

I just finished an FPS style playthrough of hitman 2 and contracts, minimal stealth and just kill everyone in every level and treat it like a pure FPS. So now I’m doing that for blood money, but so far I only ever get Terrorist or Psychopath.

In the first two games Mass Murderer was easy you just kill almost everyone with little stealth. But did they change the requirements for blood money? Or did they remove the mass murderer rating? How do you get it ?

From the look of things the rating is still there and the requirement is Kill everyone, Noise - 6+, Violence - 8+
