Steam version just got another update today, so I assume they probably fixed the issue with the ET DLCs (can’t confirm though as I don’t own any of them).

I will no longer be maintaining this website because of time constraints unfortunately, but mainly because hosting on Azure is expensive. I was originally using Azure to learn how to use this hosting environment back in 2018. I’m still very happy with this cloud solution in the professional industry, but maintaining such a simple web site with advanced tools for such a high price didn’t make much sense.
Anyone can fork the project, the source code is available here.
Of course, you can host this project on a dedicated Linux server for a cheap price.
There can be between 800 - 3000 people on the site during maintenance, and I had an average of 5000-15000 visitors per month. During releases, these numbers may be multiplied by at least 4 (when games were at their peak).
hitmanstat.us will fall into the public domain in August 2024.

@combatglue Would it be possible for IOI themself to host a status monitor, that shows whether IOI servers are up and running for H1/2/3 and all the available platforms/launchers?

These patch notes were not what I was expecting. I know they’ve probably been focusing all their energy and resources on the Elusive Target but there could have been more fixes than a couple of spelling mistakes.
I play on PS5 and the saving glitch is still present after 3 years. Plus there is major frame rate issues in Chongqing when you go outside in the rain, and in Mendoza when you’re in the lavender fields.
Was really hoping these issues would be fixed by now.

CombatGlue is either being silent because they haven’t got a response for us yet, they’re practicing the classic PR move of “Don’t respond unless it benefits the game’s content cycle”, or they’re just AFK. Alternatively, they have really good music stations in Copenhagen…

Considering that any answers we’ve ever gotten since WoA began have all been vague or otherwise evasive as fuck unless something went really wrong and they wanted us to know it wasn’t by design, I’m betting on option 2.

They removed the briefing video on “Showstopper”, now it’s just some text with a transcrip of what Diana would have said on the video. When did they do this? What’s the point on doing it?
So not only they’re not fixing stuff, but they’re also removing things, what a disgrace.

Can confirm this is the same for me too, must have been changed in the June 2024 game update since I was successfully watching the briefing video in the week prior to the update. (All other main and side missions that previously had video briefings still do, upon my checks tonight, it’s just The Showstopper that is affected.)
For Christ’s sake, if anyone thinks I was mad about Grey not being in the boat in The Ark Society default start cutscene, they haven’t seen anything yet!
@Combatglue - this is a bug that the dev team needs to fix URGENTLY, please could you bring this to their attention?

We used to (from the initial release of HITMAN in 2016, all the way up to the week before The Disruptor arrived in June 2024) get this cutscene playing:
And now we only get this lame, non-video text briefing:
This is an embarrassing and indefensible mess-up from IOI - akin to The Day Today’s famous, “Peter, you’ve lost the news!” gaffe - and you guys need to get on this right NOW, please.
In a week where IOI have sold Steam users DLC content that they haven’t been able to provide in the game to date, I’m pretty flipping furious with IOI at the moment and this is just an unforgiveable cock-up. Prompt action to fix this is the only thing that will calm the waters here, please take note IOI.
