Platform: PC Location:Chongqing, Mendoza or Carpathian Description:After 5.10 I still can’t finish any of the games in Chongqing, Mendoza or Carpathian Mountains when I’m online. Now even the elusive target can not be achieved, how do I play the game?

I recommend you to address to HITMAN 3 Player Support Hub and submit a support ticket which will go directly to IOI Support Team desk and they will try to help you more promptly than here on the forum
I’ve sent multiple tickets at this point and the problem still hasn’t been addressed. Haven’t been able to play the game for months. When you google IOI support, they refer you to post in the forums so then posting here is the correct thing to do. Do you work for IOI in any way?
This is a fan-driven forum, not an official thing from IOI.
HITMAN 3 Player Support Hub is an official IOI thing that is managed by IOI staff, not fans.
That’s the difference.
If you have submitted a ticket there, it’s most likely that you’ll be answered when the queue will come and they’ll have something to say.
In most of the cases only players themselves are helping each other here on the forum, not IOI employees
Only asking if you work for IOI out of hope that they are seeing that this is an issue. But you are still referred to come here for player support by IOI themselves. I might’ve mistaken, but don’t the community managers at IOI closely watch the forum? And my tickets have been answered with the generic reply of “We have compiled a report” I think you can understand the frustration of everyone with this issue.

IOI staff is definitely lurking here, but rarely participates in our madness, and it’s sad if you ask me.
I would like some IOI employees were active here more, but we have what we have and no one can blame them. They are working on the game after all.
Your namesake from IOI (community manager Travis Barbour) said once that if they were reading each and every post on the whole forum and responding to them, they wouldn’t have time for anything else.
Thing is IOI apparently created a dedicated support branch that is working exclusively for Support Hub.
That may indicate that most of the tickets/problems will be addressed eventually
My favourite contracts have disappeared (ps4). The screen is empty and I cannot add any contract to the list, or remove the ones I see on the history or search screens (the hearth icon is still visible). I also often get disconnected when trying. Opened a ticket but no answer so far.
Update: support contacted me in order to get more information and submit a report to the devs.
Description: After completing the elusive target in Paris (The Black Hat) I have not unlocked the suit, it still comes up that I have to complete 1 elusive target on Paris even though it is checked that I have completed the silent assassin and black hat achievements. I had completed it the moment it came out.
Steps to reproduce: check the elusive target challenges on hitman 3 for Paris
Platform: Xbox One (Disc) Description: The game won’t register that any Legacy content, Deluxe content, or 7DS content is installed. In order to fix it I need to reinstall random things (most of the time it’s one of the 7DS downloads, but I never know which one, it’s always different), this fixes the issue temporarily but whenever I open the game I need to do it again. Steps to Reproduce: I’m not sure why it started happening but it was right after I opened the game after maintenance. It always happens when the game opens. Frequency: Whenever I open the game.
Also, I’ve tried everything, uninstalling the content that’s broken to uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game. It’s become unbearable because each time I open the game it could take 20 extra minutes to reinstall random things. After that, I have to cross my fingers that the game doesn’t crash.

Description : As of the 3.40.0 update, I can no longer access any Hitman 2 content. I’ve owned all prior Hitman versions and have the digital Hitman 3 Deluxe version, so accessing this content has not been an issue until now. Hitman 1 content seems unaffected; it’s only Hitman 2. All Hitman 2 content is grayed-out and says “Get Access”
Hey, I was able to fix this by using my old Hitman 2 game disc. I loaded Hitman 2 using the disc then went over to the Store section and got the Hitman 3 access pass from there and it re-installed it properly.
In Featured Contract “Facebook Crash Course” The Ice Peak is not available in Hitman 3 though I finished all the mission story, challenges and escalation of Hitman 1 and 2.
If it not comes to my gear list, it is better to remove the above Contract from Hitman 3.
Same thing happened with “Electrocution Phone”.
I’m not sure where to put this so I’ll try here. Did any xbox one (disc) players ever have trouble performing actions in levels from the first 2 games in the trilogy in hitman 3?
It was pretty pervasive for me from the get go (particularly in the first game) but, with the subsequent updates, it’s still really only an issue in Hokkaido. Picking things up, disguising, hiding, taking out or putting away items all can take around 30-90 seconds to do at random times in random places. (And killing Yuki with the sauna has a variety of issues.)
At this point, it seems like it’s just me but would anyone have any idea how I could fix it?
