Description: Game crashes back to Epic Launcher after pressing Launch Hitman
Steps to reproduse: Load up Epic launcher. Press play on Hitman 3. Small Hitman 3 launcher loads. Press Launch Hitman 3. Starts to load but then screen goes black for a few seconds and then crashes back to the Epic Launcher. No error message.
Frequency: Every time I try to play the game from the Epic launcher.

My Setup
Hitman Definitive Collection (Disc)
Hitman 2 uncut Edition (Disc) + Expansion Pass (PS-Store)
Hitman 3 Standard Edition (Disc)
Both Hitman and Hitman 2 are still installed on the PS4.
I have downloaded everything form the store (Access Pass) and quit/ relaunched the game several times:
Basically 2 issues
a) Missing Legacy Pack Content
3 Missions are missing:
Paris – Holiday Hoarders
Hokkaido – Hokkaido Snow Festvall
Hawke´s Hay – The Mills Reverie
Reqiem Pack is missing
I understand that you are working on that.
b) No Trinity Pack
I have ordered Hitman 3 on the 29th of December at Amazon (invoice can be presented).
I had pre-ordered many games at amazon in the past, and usually there was a piece of paper inside
with a code to redeem the pre-order bonus.
But this time, nothing was inside.
How can I get Trinity Pack?
Can I get a code or something alike from you?
The IOI website did not state that Hitman 3 has to be ordered directly via IOI in order to get the Trinity Pack. Amazon says they have delivered what I have ordered. The rest I have to discuss with the manufacturer.

I call nonsense on this. The “try a different account thing” was already tested by many players with varying degrees of success. Some were still unable to connect, and some who didn’t even do the progress transfer still can’t connect which would suggest that the progress transfer isn’t the sole reason for the issue.
Not to mention that would be a very “Band-Aid solution” to the problem. Make a different account and lose your stuff so you can play our broken game? I, and many others, would most certainly want a refund as that is not the product we paid for.
Of course, brand new account randomly entering this thread to post that means I don’t necessarily believe that you are actually from IOI anyways.
The user was banned for impersonating IO staff, including their other account on HMF.

Description : Unable to connect to servers at all since yesterday.
Steps to reproduce: Launching game or attempt to go online from main menu.
Frequency : Always fails to connect since yesterday (1/22/21) around 4:00 PM PST. Frequent disconnects prior to not being able to connect at all.
Platform: PC, Digital
Description: Unable to connect, either it says “Failed to fetch configuration from the HITMAN server” or “Failed to fetch profile information from the HITMAN sever.” This has been happening since last night.
Steps to reproduce: Trying to connect in any way to the server, started happening while playing the last level Untouchable.
Frequency: All the time since last night.
@Travis_IOI This seems to be a problem for many players at this point, so I hope you guys put this on high priority to fix. Cheers.

Steps to reproduce: Trying to connect in any way to the server, started happening while playing.
Frequency: All the time since at least one hour.
That was not real IOI staff. Don’t create a new account! That is not the solution.

Description : First the game crashed during tutorial, then it won’t start and for the very few time it runs, it crashes at the same spot. Went through Epic Support and this is what they have to say:
"We can see that the game itself crashes upon launching. We have checked and it seems that this issue is no longer handled by Player Support as the game itself crashes upon trying to launch. "
Steps to reproduce: Can’t even start.
