Also, ^that phone ringtone mod… Mixtape47. I’ll have to keep it in mind to redo the tunes on that (so they’re less vaporware and the range is increased). Sounds ambitious, but since I don’t think it’s been done yet…

Also, gotta find the tunes (somewhere in the damned code!!!) for the portable radio. Do something with that too!

It just shows up on any game that supports the custom installation path beta feature of the Xbox app.

Can anyone give me Idea what I could be causing Simple Framework Mod to run forever? None of the mods ever install. Ive even removed all and just try running the one that comes with it Realistic AI.

Nothing works, updated, ran as Admin, without Admin. Turned of virus scanner, updated graphic drivers etc…

Here are screen shots. Any help would be appreciated!

I tried that many times. Sometimes the CMD prompt lingers. It did this time, and this is what it says:

There should normally be a bit of italicised text there, but it doesn’t look like that has showed up.

Try pressing CTRL-SHIFT-I on the dialog when it appears and go to Console, then send a screenshot of the window.

Hmm for some reason I can get the dialog to stay, disappears and just loads Simple Mod Framework. Any idea how I can still pull whats happening in background?

So, I noticed the Miami map when on the benchmark mode, is a lot more different than the final level, there were more prop placements everywhere, was this a brick? And if so… Does anyone know what the brick is? If not, how can I identify one?

Can anyone tell me how to patch .rpkg files with custom lozalization (replace existing .locr files with new, compiled ones) without using RPKG Tool to compile whole .rpkg packages one by one? A patcher or something?

I want to ask a question that may be impractical. Is there any way to replace the game archive of H3 ? For example, replace the current archive with the archive of all collected items.
Such as this mod.

Modded and Offline Missions Pack 1.4 - Framework Release

I didn’t realise hundreds of people were still downloading this mod or I would’ve worked on it earlier. Anyway, it’s now a Framework mod, and compatible with all other Framework mods and IO game updates (in theory)

Switching to Framework has also enabled some nifty little features for me, some of which I hope to make use of by completely overhauling some missions in the future, or at least the Sniper mission on Hawke’s Bay, make it like a real Sniper Ass. mission.

Mod does not come with Sarajevo Six, just demonstrating compatibility

Changelog:

Framework release - compatible with possibly all other mods, new features enabled
UI improvements - Missions now display as Bonus Missions, Seasonal Content, and Sniper, instead of just ‘Featured’, which ruins the UI of non-target objectives
CYA Marrakesh: Evidence USB is now a unique item with unique description
Malpractice: It is now optional to kill the target with an unsilenced firearm, which displays as the Rowdy Guns complication.
No longer replaces existing assets, therefore no longer breaks/messes with The Dexter Discordance and The Bahadur Dexterity
Modded and Offline content button now replaces the Story button on offline dashboard, now displays latest version and updates.
You must now own Dartmoor in order to play Dartmoor Garden Show offline. This mod does not support piracy.
No longer includes WINNODD’s “Better Contract Mode Target Images” mod
Should now update automatically via Simple Mod Framework. And there will be big updates in the future.
