One thing I’ve learned as an avid GTA Online player for the past seven years is to temper expectations on what we speculate for the next update. And that life is full of disappointment.
Right now, I’ll just say that I’d love another mission on Haven, particularly at night. The placement of the #resort tag is interesting. Why would she bring expensive recording equipment to a resort?

welp it’s double what I expected for something presumably worse than Patient Zero (I expect the dlc to be more like the deluxe escalations)
I would gladly pay 30$ for bonus maps (like icon, landslide) … but to pay 30$ for something that you play once and never look back? don’t feel it’s worth it. That being said, I believe I will eventually bite the bullet and buy…

Even 30$ is a bit much, a full location is about 10$ according to IO’s own prices with 2016. 10$ is also enough to get you 3 bonus missions. 30 should be 9 bonus missions. Instead of 7 escalations/special assignments. Imagine 9 new bonus missions. 18 new targets. 9 new places to set contracts in. 9 new items. That would be cool.

Maybe she has something to do with the new announced Mobile Hitman Sniper Game.

Imagine getting something that’s not a reskin for once. Maybe they’ll throw in Electrocution Phone MK II and we’ll all buy it to get easy SA.
If she was, then I don’t see the need to mention the ps4, xbox, switch, etc. in the tags

I don’t think the price to content ratio will ever match what they did inside Square, but that doesn’t mean the value proposition has to be poor in general. If these are standard escalations then $30 will likely seem steep to most people, but the video implies a lot of changes to the level so I think people should wait and see what the package actually has in it.

I really don’t get this weird fixation people have with trying to quantify the value per x in a game like there is some sort of objective measure that applies to an objective “average” player.
At the end of the day the only real decision is do you think you’ll get enough of an experience out of the thing that it makes the money worth it to you.
DLC etc often seem to have a higher “price” associated with them because they’re expected to have lower sales since their maximum market is not everyone who buys video games but everyone who already bought this video game, and played it (with any given game there’s a large portion of people who buy it or are gifted it an never get around to playing it). So it always makes sense the studio will project they need to set a higher price/cost ratio.
It also makes sense that the people who’d be interested in buying it would be okay with that, since they’re going to be aware of just what kind of experience it is and be very much on board with it if they’re looking into buying more of it.
That and if you start with $30 price you can always lower it later, but if you start with $15 and try to raise it later then you’ll… you’ll get some problems.
Such is the world we live in.

Recent interview with Haken from IOI.
He talks about giving 47’s character a rest and there’s some cool content upcoming for the WOA trilogy. Here’s hope we get some bonus missions like we’ve all been asking for ![ ](https://www.hitmanforum.com/images/emoji/twitter/wink.png?v=9)

I like this idea for… well, the obvious reasons. ![:pensive: :pensive:](https://www.hitmanforum.com/images/emoji/twitter/pensive.png?v=9)

What worries me about 47 “taking a break” is that it could well mean GTA-style multiplayer may come to the WOA.
Doubt that. Both because they’re massively different games and based on how GM ended up, IO don’t seem to have any MP plans for Hitman in the near future.
I believe it’s simply the fact that they’ve spent the past 6 or so years doing nothing but Hitman and wanna do other projects for a while.

I don’t think you have to worry about that.

I wouldn’t worry about that, not after what happened to ghost mode

I still believe it might be revived some time…
