Steps: Get the form in the ICA member’s room, disguise yourself as the ICA guy eating at the restaurant after poisoning him with the emetic rat poison → meet Chen Ting at the back of the restaurant → The mission story does not start. Ting stops using her phone but it is impossible to trigger the dialog.

Description: The Trophy for revealing all undiscovered areas didn’t unlock.
The Challenge is completed and there is no undiscovered area left, but the Trophy didn’t pop.

Description : When you change room, the music stop.
It’s noticeable in Paris where the music of the show will sometimes stop when you change room but I have this bug on every map.
Also on Mendoza I don’t know if this is a bug or no but if I start the mission on the parking lot without meeting Diana I’m unable to enter the party because I don’t have an invitation. So it’s impossible to enter with the basic tuxedo.

Description : Yuki Yamazaki never enters the sauna. She does her regular routine, goes in the spa section, gets angry about the yoga coach not being there…and gets out of the spa area. 30min without entering the sauna. Naturally, the sauna temperature has been turned up and it’s empty and unlocked.

Location: Paris and Italy (Landslide bonus mission)
Description: The Challanges in Paris (The Showstopper) and Italy (Urine for it, The gig is up) will not complete after successfully assassinating the target with the description it gives. I have watched videos on how others have done them and tried multiple times to not having the challenge mark as complete.

Bug: challenges are inconsistent. I’ve done 3 totally different Sa/so runs in dartmoor… all of them still having the green silent assassin marker still lit up… when I exit I get the silent assassin rating and the accomplishments pop up like key obtained, silent takedown etc and even one that says suit only. But then none of the classic challenges pop up or unlock. So frustrating!

Description : When ragdolls freeze, cloth physics collision gets disabled after a few seconds and falls through the floor. This didn’t happen in hitman 1 and 2.
Steps to reproduce: Just trigger a ragdoll and look at the cloth.

Description: After doing the progress transfer from 2-3, my mastery for these levels reset, but the challenges I had completed didn’t. I’ve now finished all the challenges for Dartmoor, and I’m stuck on level 19, because there’s no more challenges to do. The same with Berlin, I am running out of challenges to do, and when I’ve done the remainder, I won’t be at mastery 20

Have the same one on PC.
Tried different methods neither worked.
For In Plain Sight, Viktor personal bodyguard triggers when you kill Viktor and he spots you.
The fix for me was to kill his bodyguard first, Viktor and Dalia… yeah… non target kill but at least I completed the challenge.

Description: The classic challange in world of tomorrow did not unlock despite completing all the related objectives. It says it’s at 3/4.
Steps to reproduce: I belive I got some connection issues when completing the Suit, Silent Assassin which was the last one of the bunch of challanges.
Frequency: Only happened to this one level so far. Tried doing two more SA/SO runs again but it won’t unlock.
I’m having an issue where it seems some of my playthroughs are glitched and preventing me from ending the level properly. Several times I have completed levels (both new levels and legacy ones) and on exiting the level get an error message saying I’ve been disconnected from the server. If I choose the Retry option it just gives me another error saying “Unable to load the requested menu” If I choose either of the other options (“Go offline” or “Go to Menu”) it will drop me back to the menu and I can reconnect with no issues. When this happens to a playthrough it will happen every time I load a save (both auto save or manual save) from that playthrough but if I restart the mission from scratch it might not happen the next time.
I’m also having the same issue others have had of locations not being marked as discovered even when I’ve definitely been in those locations. So far I’ve only encountered it on Dartmoor (although I’ve not played beyond there yet) but I’m stuck at 18/22 even though 3 of the apparently “unfound” locations are ones I’ve visisted several times.

Description:
Discover Dubai and Discover Berlin challenges stuck on 32/33 and 21/22 respectively. All map locations are uncovered and the trophy on PS5 for doing so has unlocked. The challenge though remains incomplete.

Having same issues I think this is a common occurrence on all maps since some are getting the trophy with only a few locations discovered and others aren’t getting a trophy with all the locations discovered, also the same with the mission stories and challenges. On all platforms

Closing Statement mission story doesn’t get a tick to be marked off as completed.
