Description : when entering any location for the first time in a session, micro stutters appear. These glitches even out after approx 10 seconds.
Blacks seem dark grey, all bright light sources appear to emit a foggy bloom effect, none of which evident in first 2 games
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game (not quick start from previous load)
- Load any mission
Frequency : (Did it happen once, or lots of times, and does it ALWAYS happen?) Happens each time

Description: You can not swap shoulders while walking or zooming in, you can only swap shoulders whilst aiming. When you do swap shoulders aiming it does not remember the last shoulder you were on and reverts back to default.
In previous games (Hitman 2016 and 2018) you could swap shoulders while walking or looking around and while aiming and it would remember the shoulder you last had it set to.
Frequency: Always. Seems removed.

Completed “Death In The Family” for first time in Professional mode, wasn’t given a leaderboard rating at the end despite being online
To recreate… complete Death in The Family on Professional mode I guess?
EDIT: Also happened on Berlin Professional… I did load from a save game before completing the mission, that might be relevant?

Location: Level Select Menus
Description : At some point today I lost the ability to play Hitman 2 levels in Hitman 3. My previous progress and completion on them is still displayed, but the levels are all now grayed out with the “Get Access” text on the screens to try and play them, and selecting them pops up the dialog to buy the access pack on epic. I owned Hitman 2 on Steam and did the transfer on launch day. I got the success notification about my transfer the day after launch day and it’s worked fine until today.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Navigate to any Hitman 2 level on any level select menu
Frequency : This did not start happening until sometime today. Since I noticed it happening, it’s consistently given me the same incorrect behavior through escalating attempts I’ve done at refreshing/resetting it, starting at hitting the “refresh” option on the in-game ioi account menu, quitting the game, and then rebooting my pc. I was going for Silent Assassin suit only runs so while I know the levels showed as playable this morning, I did not check again until at least 7:00PM Pacific Time, so a large potential window for when it could have started.
I did have a crash to desktop while trying to load a save earlier, if that could be a potential cause.

Took the sniper rifle from the mission story and it wasn’t consistently shooting the bullets, though the ammo count was still decreasing.
Game is also just generally crashing/freezing a lot on PS5 too.

The waiter disguise isn’t completely disallowed from the Don Yates’ house area. In fact, if you run past the frisk points to go to the house from the Asado and keep running - the area where you’re trespassing is very small and you can get into a safe area without losing SA consistently and are basically free to roam the outside of the house.
If you bring the red suit from the trinity pack every NPC comments about it being white, it’s a bit weird

Description : Game consistently crashes when flipping the table after summoning Agent Montgomery to Hirschmuller’s office.
Steps to reproduce:
- Obtain Hirschmuller’s disguise / phone list and call Montgomery (or confront him in person).
- After pressing RT to flip the table, there is a brief delay, then the game freezes and eventually closes.
Frequency : Happens with 100% consistency.
At first, I thought it might have been some sort of graphical overload with the agents’ bullets hitting the desk (even though my game’s been running well otherwise and was able to run the Dartmoor environmental destruction benchmark), but I also tested kicking the table when it was just Montgomery in the room - the same crash occurs even before he or I can attack.

Thanks for the tip. Just tried again and got the challenge popped. Don’t need to kill his bodyguard though, I knocked out his bodyguard and the one on Dalia’s balcony. Then after the kills the challenge unlocked immediately.
I’m having the same issue with the ‘Top Gear’ challenge, I’ve tried approaching the bike from every conceivable angle and it doesn’t register it.
I’m also having issues with ‘Voyeurism’, I’ve taken several pictures from several angles, distances and locations and nothing happens. I’ve repeated the mission 4 times to complete all the challenges, and I’ve never gotten this one to register either.
I’m playing on PS5 too.

- Target Drowed in Basin when they are Tripping
- Hold My Hair Challenge completed but Cleaning Up Challenge wouldnt complete even after completing mission.
- Retried a 4 times with Different Timing.

“Electric Boogie” - kill Kong Tuo-Kwang by electrocuting him in the reflection pool cannot be unlocked.

Steps to reproduce:
- At the beginning of the mission, I overhearded the conversation between the two mechanics, pressed F1, activated the mission story, and cleared it…
- I Progressed this process several times.
- It didn’t work for me.
Platform: PC | Location: Mendoza
Shooting the Lawyer with an emetic dart causes him to completely break, he gets stuck on the phone forever (unable to respond to distractions or bumping) but doesn’t deliver any dialogue lines.
- Load into Mendoza (I used Parking Lot start but I don’t think it matters)
- Equip the Sieker-1 emetic dart gun.
- Shoot the lawyer with the Sieker.
Also happens on PS5.
