These price increases make every subscription services less and less appealing to me. They are in complete control, sooner or later the subscription will change in price or features and will not fit your needs. I will use gamepass as before, as an occasional way to try new games. What I really dislike is the fact that cloud gaming is not used to let us try games before buying them. At least Steam has a 2 hour refund policy. On consoles, once you download 1 bit of the game you could not try in any way, there is no way to get a refund.
I would like to see the Game Pass Discover edition where you can try any game for
a limited time. Whatâs the problem, publishers and devs?

I feel like some of the outrage against Yasuke for this game are a little overblown. Ubi didnât need to issue a statement about this.
People want to play as an Asian protagonist? There is a second playable character.
People want to play as a MALE Asian Protagonist? There are tons of other games that feature Male Asian Protagonists, also depicted as samurai or ninjas.
Feels like a really weird case of racism (and maybe a bit of sexism) theyâre getting so much flack for including this real historical figure in their fictionally historical game series.
I wasnât aware of the series at the time, but I havenât heard of any major outrage for a fist fight between The Pope and an Italian Assassin for a sci-fi golden apple for AC2. People actually like how fictionally weird that gets!
(Honestly what they should receive flack for is adding a Hip Hop trap beat to Yasukeâs combat theme as seen in the recent gameplay trailer. Thatâs really weird for a game set in Japan with a character who is not African American IMO
