The patch is available (at least on Xbox), it is 5.4 Gb.
You can start the download.
Remember, to play Freelance, you will have to wait for the servers to come back online.

I hope so, but the patch notes made no mention of new music. Also on PS5 at least, the update download had the new logo, but after the update, it still has the regular H3 logo, hopefully that gets fixed.
