It’s a feature challenge.

I was at 100% then noticed 99% or maybe I had a bug.

Anyway

You have to wear the summer suit , get the fish

And toss it into williams jacuzzi. He has 2 but the bigger one above where you shoot the camera system out.

Now I’m at 100 again

Yeah, it was added at the beginning of July to let people unlock the Tropical Islander suit.

And you have to wear the Tropical Islander to do it, not the Summer Suit (which is the default suit in Marrakesh).
