“Failed to Fetch Profile Info From Hitman Server” Can’t Play anymore. Help?

Anyone else have an actual fix to this error message? I spent days searching the internet and haven’t found one video or report of a fix. Meaning I’m pretty sure it means my 3 years of playing or more profile is gone forever. I didn’t delete it or make any changes. 3-4 weeks ago signed in and got that error message.

Waited a few weeks thinking was a game issue and still nothing. Then did all the usual fix type stuff deleting game and redownloading it. Hard reset of Xbox. Clear cache. Etc etc.

Still nothing. So I contacts support and heard back pretty fast but their advice was those basic steps. They said if those steps don’t work please provide your username, email and few other things.

So I provided those details since it still didn’t work.

Got an email back today saying sorry we couldn’t get it working. We will pass it along to the devs and keep an eye out for any news and updates on Hitman news sources. Something along those lines. Basically you’re screwed. I mean they didn’t have any special advice other than a hard reset? And redownload the game?

I figured they would least tell me what it probably is. Since it’s Xbox the games are always backed up to the cloud. But I never deleted my saved data. That’s one question they asked that stuck out. Like does the system not recognize my saved data for some reason?

I’m not starting over. Hell a lot of things you can’t get again. Elusive targets that only come and go once. If I sign in using someone else’s account on my Xbox it works fine. So it’s decently the profile for some reason.

Anyone know a fix for this??? This is just terrible. I’m so bummed
