Anyone else getting the “Fail Failed” at the title screen? I can’t start the game at all. I’m not talking about loading a saved game to start at that save point. I’m saying when I turn on the game and try to start it, the game won’t load. I can’t even get to the main menu because I get the failure to load message. It’s been like this for 3 days.

It would be helpful to know which platform and system you’re playing on, and which version of the game you have.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
