Does anyone know how to edit/open the game files? (DXT/LGT/PAL/SPK)

I’d like to open the map files specifically, I’m unsure which of these file formats/extensions contains the map data/info therefore I’ve given all the file extensions that I’m interested in.

There’s also ANM files but most likely those are animations files and I doubt the map data is in there.

(and wav is 100% going to be audio)
