Nah I’m ok with that at this point. What ever helps IO a little.
Thanks for the info.
Im somewhat sure your limit is about near to what an actual blackballer would cost you, am I right?
yes, something like that.
But I need to ask at this point, why the blackballer especially? I know you like it alot, but I think I never asked/read anywhere why?
Is it worth it? I guess it depends on the individual. For me, it’s not worth it.
Because it was supposed to be the sostitute of the Silverballer and I really liked the idea about it now being black and twerked a little with the details.
So for me it’s the black Silverballer.
Thats a really good reason, and something I can really relate to. For me, its the sniper from sapienza from the first trailer.
For the collectors, yes, but for me, no, maybe if it had season pass for bonus missions, but it dosen’t come with that, I usally use 47’s Signature Suit, so I don’t need the Deluxe Suits, paying that much extra for some Escalations is not worth it for me and that’s the reason why I pre-ordered the Standard Edition, the black Trinity pistol is going to be used at least .
Get back to Asylum weirdo
Soundtrack album for Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Contracts, Hitman: Blood Money: $8.99 for each. $26.97 in total. (iTunes Store)
Soundtracks for the World of Assassination trilogy: $20 in total with some extras.
Definitely worth it.
This is basically the same reason for me. I love how they brought back classic disguises into Hitman 3, but I really only use the BM suit, signature suit, and occasionally the locations suits.
We have so many different suits to choose from but most of them feel out of place for me. I honestly forget about most of them.
Yes, it’s worth it to me.
I don’t think it’s good value, the extras are expensive.
That said, I like what I get
And wanted to support ioi. I like Hitman so much.
Nah compared to H2 its not worth it. Even though i bought it. But on playstation deluxe was like 11 euro extra. So thats okayish.
But going by how many hours i will spend with H3 its a bargain.
Definitely not, and yet I bought it. That’s what being a fanboy does to you.
For me it´s worth it, because I want the soundtrack and the extra items (and the artbook kinda, though I agree a physical version would be much much better).
However, I´m still on the edge whether it´s worth it for me now. I know I´m gonna get it 100% next year on Steam, but is the extra content something I feel like I´ll wanna use in the meantime? Particularly when I (most likely) won´t have access to the H2 locations
The deluxe itemes are nice, but do they offer anything new in terms of gameplay, or are they just another batch of re-skins? (talking about the weapons mainly)
Yes, because in my currency, (and with the added PS Plus discount) what’s contained within is worth the extra 15$ on top of the base game. (95$ total)
- 6 Deluxe Escalations with special unlockable suits/items.
- The Bonus Commentary Intros
- Digital Artbook of characters and lore.
- Soundtracks for 2016, H2 and H3.
Seems to me like the Deluxe Escalations are going to be like what we got in the 2016 GOTY DLC. Soundtracks on top of that is a big draw for me, too. Hopefully the artbook has some depth to it and is useful for a casual Hitman fan like myself. The commentary videos I don’t see myself watching more than once before/after a mission, and I don’t expect them to be that long anyway.
So, considering the fact that this is only gonna be 15$ extra – and I’m pretty sure the old GOTY stuff was 25$ when it came out, this is worth it to me.
I was actually going to buy the deluxe edition, but with all the faffing around the EGS, I’m just going to buy standard. I’ll probably buy deluxe and any other paid DLC when Hitman 3 arrives on Steam, not to mention do my data transfer there and make Steam my go to version.
It’s a shame really. Green Man Gaming is giving a 10% discount for Hitman 3, but I guess that £5 I save is going straight to buying Hitman 2 again on EGS.
I think it depends on the region and the pricing and so on. I hear that Epic has it insanely overpriced in India for example so I imagine most people there will feel it’s not worth it.
For me specifically in the US as a PS4 gamer that had a 10% discount and got the Deluxe Edition for $72 the answer is absolutely worth it…very very worth it. But I know for example that if you are a PC gamer in North America, Epic is trying to scam you…pricing the Deluxe Edition at $90 with no discounts…that is $10 more than the regular price of the Deluxe Edition on Xbox and PlayStation for no reason. So I can easily see how this can be a bad deal for a lot of people. I really feel like iOi should not have dealt with Epic.
Everything is overpriced in Australia, anyway. Depends on how long and interesting the dev commentaries end up being, I’m always a sucker for behind the scenes stuff.
no… it ain’t. hitman 3 might be great, but the amount of shit IOI has given to the customers (from the large amount of bugs left unfixed in H2, to PC players forced to re-buy H2 on steam to get its content in H3) is just unacceptable. i am out of patience with them, they really tested my loyalty. i will gladly wait years until it is in the bargain bin on steam. it’s basically gonna be the same game with 6 new maps just like H2. they haven’t really done much to innovate the series and keep it fresh. hitman is getting stale rn.
