As far as I know it’s the same as the rest of the soundtrack, Niels Bye Nielsen. The song is on the official soundtrack under his name. For Hitman 1 and 2 they outsourced a lot of in game music to a different group, but with Hitman 3 it’s all Niels.

Yea it would fit a Hitman map well. A couple different stages with different vip areas and different back stage areas and a main food area and some bars. It would be like 2 or 3 little Miami’s all connected. There could even be the hotel across the street that everyone stays at. Security everywhere.
