You’re of these “Silent Assassin / Blood Money” is best Hitman ever!!!111one one, huh?. Sapienza is good level overall, but doesn’t have so much details and imersion like Dartmoor or Santa Fortuna have.
Found this funky dude in a Danish postage stamp on the desk near Carlisle’s burial hole. Much higher texture resolution than any objects around.

The text to the right definitely says Kierkegaard, so you might be on to something there. I think the first name written is Janus though.
My guess: an IO employee called Janus photoshopped into the philosopher’s image.

To get Rebecca,Gregory & Emma Carlisle to trigger conversations between each other, you simply can’t be in the sitting room. You can trigger the dialogue upstairs by looking down over the balcony. There is dialogue with Mr. Fernsby & the Staff Workers which can be triggered before meeting Alexa Carlisle when concluding your findings. You have to talk to Alexa first before talking to Mr. Fernsby to witness this dialogue. Also you don’t want Alexa to drink the poison first until you have completed the Story Mission, otherwise you fail it!!! You can’t pin Emma Carlisle as the murderer, as Alexa simply won’t drink the poison If you do that choice. So everything is correctly triggered.
I’m not into covering dialogue in Hitman, but if you are going to be a Private Investigator, you better listen & cover every small detail possible 
1st time i tried this I got a disconnect 45 minutes in Servers IO 
Had no issues the 2nd time…

Ok this is a big reach, but listen. When you open the door to the trophy room, doesn’t it kind of sound like it has a monkey screech sound effect when it creaks? Maybe it could be an Easter egg clue. also there are taxidermy animals in the room, but I don’t remember if there’s a monkey there or not

There is indeed a monkey in the trophy room (to the left near Rebecca). However, I don’t believe it’s the screech of a monkey but rather the same sound clip that plays when you approach the bird cage. It’s a combination of chirping and wings flapping.

Ah, debunked. It probably is the bird cage sound effect. Well thanks for going in and investigating.
Tried to make a contract with a fire kill – only to realise that there isn’t a single barrell around. No chance for this kind of kill, which is kind of disappointing.
