It happens the same to me, but in PS4. In my case I’ve already tried to download H1 and 2 Access pass (Goty and gold editions, respectively) from the Playstation app on my smartphone but when I press to download shows me the message ‘something gone wrong’. Also in the ps store on PS4 I’ve tried to do the same but it appears as bought, when in the search list appears as free. So I don’t know what to do.
Update for me, deleted and reinstalled H2 yesterday. Went through and made sure every patch and update had been installed and the expansion pass. Refreshed my IOI Account from the game menu.
Went to the xbox store from the game menu and Standard Pass was $0. With the original price crossed out. Don’t know if I fixed something or they patched it but seems to be working now.
same here, asia version disc h2 standard with asia playstation account, no option in the in-game store at all.
I’m gonna guess there hasn’t been update on remedying this…

Own physical hitman 2, digital Gold edition expansion.
Own digital Hitman GOTY
Own digital Hitman 3
Hitman 1 & GOTY expansion imported fine.
Hitman 2 expansion levels imported, but not base Hitman 2 levels.
I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling everything multiple times.
What gives?
I have a PS5 and I can’t redeem the Hitman 2 Standard access pass. It shows that it’s free within the store but I can’t download it. Gives me an error message every time I do:
WS-116483-3 (Something went wrong)
Only the 1st mission is available Nightfall is available to play on the PS5.
I’ve checked the store on the Hitman 2 page but it doesn’t show the Access Pass available to download. I’ve also tried installing and uninstalling Hitman 2 should I do that for Hitman 3 as well?
Found out the issue. Make sure to turn off sharing accounts under your PS5 before downloading
It works now.
