It could be an elimination opportunity… But he has bodyguards that follow you both up to the top (most) floor. If only there were something/s to get them to go away.
Whelp, the virus on the detective didn’t work. I kinda expected that to happen. And Heisenburg mentioned that you could just throw it wherever, walk into, then walk by/brush up next to the detective. I thought of that later before you replied.
Walk over to leftmost side of the room where the windows would be near the scaffolding., Rangan follows you over as he is talking to you and will look over the site below…
Given his willingness to use poison syringes for his work, and his willingness to let Lucas Grey inject him with the memory restorative serum, can we assume that 47 is no longer afraid of needles as C:47 and Absolution strongly implied he was as a kid?
Was it so much a fear of needles as it was Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder? Like the veteran isn’t scared of choppers but it is their sound that triggers their fear responses.
Whatever it was, does it seem like he’s mostly over it now? I think so.
CORRECTION: Someone needs to edit the wiki because the article about the club itself recognises it is based on Berghain but the actual page on the mission says it is based on the MMA in Frankfurt.
And B) that the level is set in a disused nuclear plant when it is most likely based in an old coal fired plant? You people should know that sort of cooling tower isn’t just for nuclear power plants.
Was it ever revealed just who was leaking info about ICA to the Franchise in Blood Money, or did that stay in the background, like the loss of other agents and operatives?
I don’t think it was ever intended for us to know. Pre Absolution we really didn’t have an idea of the size and scope of ICA. Personally I had always assumed it was less than 50 operatives and some support staff. I just couldn’t see how it would need to be bigger. Then absolution makes it clear they at least have combat troops and support staff enough to invade a small town and WOA shows us the training facility and the secret data vault in China etc.
Well, it would definitely need to have at least a few hundred staff and vendors in order to run a world-wide assassination operation that could get all that detail on the target and arrange for transportation, drop-offs, cleaning crews, etc… As an international agency doing that much field work, there’s no way it could operate out of just a small shop. And that’s before even getting to the “agents,” and I wasn’t even considering the troops, although they’re likely mercenaries only loosely affiliated with ICA.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a program that can display your controller inputs on screen while playing a game?
If you think of some fighting games that leave a trail of button presses as your press them - that’d be preferable. But a static display that just shows all buttons then highlights them when pressed would work too.
Of course I can google it, but one that I downloaded got a weird error (and messages from Comodo and Windows Defender). I ended up deleting it.
Is there a fast way to start a family meeting in Dartmoor apart from skipping starting point and detective mission story?
I think I knew one, and even did it myself back in time, but I forgot the sequence
The family photo opportunity speeds up the process if I recall correctly.
What video-games do you love, that are generally disliked, hated, or simply underrated?
Some of mine are Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Godzilla (PS4), Secret of Evermore and of course Codename 47.
Games that I love
Metro 2033, Metro Last Light, Half-Life 2, Hitman 2 Silent Assassin, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
I’m currently replaying Jedi Fallen Order, its a great game but i like Jedi Academy better, this “souls-like” fighting system isn’t really my thing.
I think my favorite Star Wars Game of all time is Super ROTJ tho
But… those games aren’t generally disliked. I hope.
Codename 47, STALKER: Clear Sky, Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven and Mafia Definitive Edition, Death to Spies, Far Cry 2, Grand Theft Auto 4, Kingdom Come, Thief 3. There are probably more but these are the ones of the top of my head.
Silent Hill 4: The Room, Turok: Evolution, Assassins’ Creed 3, Batman: Arkham Origins, Star Wars Episode 1 Racer
The first AC game that I truly felt burned out once I finished the game. Way too much filer game mechanics that felt like a chore to do and didn’t feel rewarding like naval trading, crafting, rebuilding the homestead or hunting animals using lures. The assassin characters were also very dull compared to the templars and if you also played Rogue, you’ll realize how much of a dumbass Achilles was.
Fun combat, stealth mechanics and soundtrack though
Good as the games that came before it? Depends on the context. Bad as the majority implies it is? Not at all. Frustrating to complete 100% content? Fuck yeah.
