  • Koo Hiu-tung (Jackie Chan) - Hong Kong Police Commissioner, initiating a brutal crackdown on protestors and dissidents. He is launching an investigation into the murder of Lee Hong, which must be stopped. Koo is currently in Chongqing for a private meeting with a Triad boss.
  • Joseph Whittaker (Keanu Reeves) - A legendary hitman who went on a rampage after his dog was killed by the son of a Russian Mob boss. After killing the son, he joined the Shadow Client’s militia, but the Mob boss placed a hit on him in retaliation.
  • Alfred Whitehall (Ian McShane) - The owner of an international chain of luxury hotels which serve as a safe haven for criminals. He is staying at the Himmapan or Haven Island to see if it’s worth buying out.
  • Captain Patrick Howley (Willem Dafoe) - A retired sea captain who secretly trafficked drugs on his ship, either conducting further business in Santa Fortuna or relaxing and regaling tourists at HAVEN Island.
  • Laura Mitchell (Jodie Comer) - A hitwoman and master of disguise impersonating a model at the Sanguine fashion show.
  • George McCain (Robert Downey Jr.) - The CEO of an arms manufacturing company secretly selling his weapon blueprints to Russia. He is in Miami to meet with Ted Mendez.
  • Shinzo Yamazaki (Hiroyuki Sanada) - Yuki Yamazaki’s uncle, a feared Yakuza boss accompanying her to Hokkaido.
  • Gretchen Bates (Sigourney Weaver) - A retired CIA agent responsible for sabotaging Soviet space missions, including assassinating cosmonauts and causing a Soviet space shuttle to crash into a hospital. One of the cosmonauts’s daughter placed a hit on Bates, who is consulting the Maelstrom in Mumbai.
  • Vivienne Church (Meryl Streep) - A ruthless fashion magazine editor with a habit of shacking up with her personal assistants, currently attending the Sanguine fashion show. Her art director placed a hit on her after learning she plans to give his promotion.
  • Anna Milonova (Julia Garner) - a Russian conwoman who stole millions from her friends and girlfriend and is now living it up on Haven Island as she waits for her new identity. Unfortunately for her, her girlfriend’s father placed a hit on her.
  • Li Jianhong (BD Wong) - A rogue Ministry of State Security (MSS) agent planning to sell a cache of intel to the Americans. He is waiting for Ted Mendez in Miami.
  • Ethan Moors (Jesse Einsenberg) - A tech billionaire who bought out a popular social media platform, on which he stoked far-right hatred and gathered user data to sell to totalitarian governments. He had been blackmailing a closeted Congresswoman to vote against a Congressional investigation, prompting her to place a hit on him.
  • Donald Corleone (Anthony Scaramucci) - White House deputy national security advisor, he had secretly been selling intel to Russia. A White House official discovered it and placed a hit on him so it wouldn’t come out and cause a scandal.
  • Luigi DeSantolo (Al Pacino) - A legendary Sicilian Mafia boss visiting his daughter’s grave in Sapienza.
  • Leonardo Langone (Robert De Niro) - A suburban grandfather and retired serial killer living out his twilight years in Whittleton Creek.
  • Daniel Saladino (Joe Pesci), Joseph Kind (Daniel Stern) and Charles Heard (Macaulay Culkin) - A duo of professional burglars and their young apprentice. After stealing a bank CEO’s late daughter’s necklace, they are now burgling Whittleton Creek.
  • Dr. Samuel Richards (Michael Stuhlbarg) - The CEO of a pharmaceutical company responsible for developing and pushing addictive and dangerous opioids that led to thousands of overdoses. He is fleeing to HAVEN Island to avoid trial.
  • Mary Lewison (Julianne Moore) - Once an elementary school math teacher, Mary Lewison was accused of raping a 12 year old boy, who she later ended up marrying after serving her prison sentence.   • Elizabeth Hightower (Judi Dench) - The former Chief of the SIS, connected to false-flag attacks and countless deaths. In Dartmoor to discuss the Falklands War with Alexa Carlisle.
  • Nicholas Butcher (Timothy Dalton) - The CEO of a supermarket chain accused of hiring gangs to drive out smaller businesses. In Dartmoor to discuss a business deal with the Carlisles.
  • Seamus O’Dea (Pierce Brosnan) - A New IRA terrorist. Abandoned by his allies after a series of bombings throughout England, he had joined the Shadow Client’s militia.
  • Daniel Sealand (George Clooney) - A jewel thief who abandoned his crew to be arrested. One of his ex-partners escaped prison and placed a hit on him as he attends the party in Mendoza.
  • Nicholas Waters (Jonathan Bailey) - The first mate of a luxury cruise liner, he had gotten into trouble for sleeping with the beautiful women who board his ship. His proclivities led to him accidentally impregnating the 15 year old daughter of a Cartel boss. He’s trying to go into hiding in Mumbai.
  • Taghi Qanbari (Navid Negahban) - Iranian terrorist leader and CIA asset. The CIA plan to install him as the next President of Iran and he is meeting his handlers in Marrakesh.
  • Marcus Davis (Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson) - A former WWE wrestler busted for doping. After learning another wrestler ratted him out, Davis poisoned his steroids in retaliation before escaping to Colorado.
  • Florentin Wissmann (Christoph Waltz) - rogue German Federal Minister of Finance, who embezzled millions before fleeing to Haven Island.
  • Dante Santos Ogando (Lin Manuel-Miranda) - A Tony-winning playwright disgraced after being caught having an affair, he stabbed his wife to death after she attempted to divorce him and take custody of their children. His sister-in-law placed a hit on him as he travelled to the Isle of Sgail to stage a play for the Phoenix ceremony.
  • Henry Evard (Ben Platt) - The president of a mental health charity founded in the name of his best friend, who Evard secretly murdered and framed as a suicide. His vice president discovered the truth and placed a hit on him during a charity concert to prevent the news from sullying the charity’s reputation.
  • Robert Green (Timothy Olyphant) and David White (Rupert Friend) - Two clone assassins, speculated to be Agent 48 clones, targeting Jebediah Block and Blake Nathaniel respectively

Was gone for a while. Here’s another batch.

  • Lucas Walker (Harrison Ford) - A retired astronaut who secretly sold military secrets to the Soviet Union. He is meeting with Robert Knox to convince him to invest in his private space company.
  • Winston Tillinghast (Ian McKellen) - A beloved retired actor, he got his first role in film after the role’s original actor was stabbed to death outside a pub. An old flame of Alexa Carlisle, he arrived at Dartmoor to attend her funeral.
  • Professor Alfred Mosley (Timothy Spall) - A former Cambridge University history professor disgraced after denying the Holocaust. Cambridge University’s Chancellor placed a hit out on Mosley, who since retired in Sapienza, in revenge for him tarnishing Cambridge’s name.
  • Fergus Parker (Brian Cox) - Scottish-American media mogul, meeting with the Washingtons on HAVEN Island to discuss content. His children placed a contract on him hoping to inherit his legacy.
  • Dr. Ifan Williamson (Anthony Hopkins) and Dr. Lars Ottosen (Mads Mikkelsen) - psychology professors, Welsh and Danish respectively, who served as therapists and advisors to billionaires, criminals and dictators, one of which realised they know too much. Silvio Caruso hired them to treat his neurosis.
  • General Oswald Dancroft (Terence Stamp) - A decorated former British Army General suspected of massacres and pillaging in Afghanistan, now meeting with General Zaydan in Marrakesh for a consultation.
  • Sir Basil Rowling (Bill Nighy) - The former Chief of the SIS, who went rogue after being caught running secret operations for the surveilling, detaining and assassinating innocent Muslims and immigrants. He is at Ambrose Island to sell MI6 intel to Noel Crest in exchange for protection.
  • William Pierce (Michael McKean) - A famed lawyer and the co-founder and partner of Pierce, Avery and Blake, Pierce had a hit placed on out him by his younger sister Karen, an attorney he had been blocking from joining any law firms due to her past criminal history. He is in the Milton-Fitzpatrick bank to consult Athena Savalas on the investigations into her.
  • Mary Seals (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) - Former US Ambassador to Mexico. Forced to resign after a sex scandal, she decided to take revenge by selling crucial intel to Rico Delgado in Columbia. She is to be assassinated and the data is to be retrieved.
  • Michelle Riley (Gillian Jacobs) and Chaya Cohen (Alison Brie) - A Wall Street banker and Yale admissions director respectively, Cohen is accused of accepting bribes from Riley so she would allow Riley’s nephew to cheat in his admissions exams. The two of them are withdrawing money from the Milton-Fitzpatrick bank as they plan their next move.
  • Robert Danson (Woody Harrelson) and Martha Danson (Juliette Lewis) - A serial killer couple in the early 2000s, they were broken out of prison and reunited by the Shadow Client’s militia and are training with them in Colorado.
  • Joslin Jackson (Tawny Cypress) and Tamsin Gilmore (Christina Ricci) - 20 years ago, Joslin Jackson and Tamsin Gilmore were among the few survivors of a plane crash in the Sahara desert. Recently, Jackson murdered her husband and Gilmore aided her in covering up the murder. Another survivor learned about the murder and is worried Jackson and Gilmore will be caught and confess to they and the other plane crash survivors committing ritualistic cannibalism, so she placed a hit out on Jackson and Gilmore as they clear Jackson’s house in Whittleton Creek of evidence.
  • Dr. Oliver Collins (Hugh Laurie) - An English heart surgeon so brilliant that his drug addiction, his domestic abuse of his wife and children and his sexual harassment of his subordinates were overlooked by his hospital’s administration. After taking out a life insurance policy on him, his wife placed a hit out on him as he flew to Hokkaido to visit the GAMA facility to study their surgical advancements and see if he can get a position there.
  • Henry Dunlowe (Nicolas Cage) - rogue US Army Lieutenant General turned arms dealer. He is in Bangkok to discuss business with Taiwanese rebels planning to assassinate the Chinese President.
  • Edward Brighton (Daniel Craig) - A rogue MI6 agent. After being captured and tortured by Russia for years, Brighton escaped, assassinating the Russian President on the way out, and stopped to hide in Sapienza. MI6 wants him eliminated and his body destroyed before Russia realises he was the assassin.
  • Liberty Chanel (Emma Roberts) - Sorority president accused of the rape of a pledge, waiting at HAVEN Island until her record is cleaned.
  • Ruhi Watihana (Simone Kessell) - Maori-born burglar and jewel thief, operating her small gang out of Hawke’s Bay.
  • Jeremy Yaxley (Weird Al Yankovic) - A comedy musician and parodist. After losing a copyright lawsuit against Yaxley, one of the musicians Yaxley parodied placed a hit on him.

A few more ideas for CelebrETs I’d like to see, even if they are unlikely, I think could have some great voice lines and interactions.

In light of recent news:
Liam & Noel Gallagher as The Oases (Bangkok): two brother musicians with a turbulent history that has reared its head again for their reunion album which they are recording in Bangkok, each brother has now secretly put out a hit on the other to claim the glory for themselves.
Location: Recording in Cross’s studio & roaming the lobby.

David Lynch as The Auteur (Mumbai): a notoriously difficult to work with director who was recently responsible for the death of a young actress after pushing her too far on a shoot.
Location: around Rangan’s movie set for a new film, talk with painter about art and has a sit down with the Holy Man to do some transcendental meditation. Unlock Lynch’s iconic tieless look.

Karl Pilkington as The Idiot (Mumbai): A Mancunian who scammed British citizens travelling abroad around the world, swindling millions, but who has until now gotten away with his con through the defence of ignorance, he is in search of new victims in India.
Location: going around with the tour guide but gets separated and starts to explore the stalls alone (maybe with a bodyguard). Could work on other maps too e.g. Marrakesh. Had a Hitman crossover before.

Yvette Fielding & Karl Beattie or Zak Bagans as The Paranormal (Sapienza by Night): ghost hunters, notorious for conning vulnerable people and now targeted by a disgruntled former employer, have been hired to investigate the spirit of Caruso’s mother haunting the mansion in Sapienza. Location: SĂ©ance in Caruso’s mother’s room, exploring lower mansion, filming scenes in the sewer area/church (open it up and redecorate for the night map)

Snoop Dogg as The Hound (Berlin): A hip hop musician but secretly a relative of gang member Scoop and now taking up the legacy of his life of crime with the bikers in Berlin.
Location: Dancefloor DJing his new music; biker area specifically cocaine packing bit and the “grow house” upstairs. Maybe too similar to The Drop but oh well. Chance to add Scoop’s outfit as an unlockable.

I was also about to suggest Ian McKellan in a similar setting but with Patrick Stewart alongside as The Thespians.

Also another vote for Doja Cat, really think we need her saying ‘that tattoo is so cute, I’m about to get a barcode on the back of my head’ in game.

And ones I couldn’t really think of an idea for but would be good: Danny De Vito, John Cena as The Invisible Man (works doubly with elusives not showing in instinct), Gordon Ramsay.

if he wasnt dead Telly Savalas wouldve made a wonderful ET, paying homage to one of the most underrated Bond movies and likely a big influence on the tone of WoA

John Travolta as a rogue U.S. Air Force pilot who has stolen a nuclear weapon hoping to use it to ransom a major U.S. city unless the federal government pays him $250,000,000. A nuclear weapon is on site and must be disarmed otherwise it goes off, a poor cat in the distance is vaporized along with millions of people, and naturally the mission fails.

Cliff Simon who played the Goa’uld System Lord Ba’al in Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Continuum would’ve made a perfect celebrity elusive target. It was so tragic he died in a kiteboarding accident at age 58. And because of the clone factor such an ET could’ve spanned multiple maps like The Sarajevo Six.
