I’ve got up there once with mod. And I found out they even added invisible walls on the edge. No idea why they won’t let us explore that area.

I’ve heard of weird modded contracts on PC for ETs, but… two of the same target in the level? How does that work?
(And these are publicly accessible?)

Edit MKII: actual target is the same, in a single copy, it’s just the objective was doubled. Additional mandatory objective so to speak

The wording Travis used on the livestream that he answered it was along the lines of “as of right now, with the current build of the game it is possible to get onto that roof - but that may change before launch”. So it was made clear it was subject to change, which clearly it did.
I wonder why it got cut…

Not sure if I’m right about this or not, but I was rewatching Blood Money videos of 47 dancing (which was one of my favorite features in BM) and I noticed his mouth moves as well. It looks as though he is possibly singing along to the song in the Blues Bar.
It could also just be a simultaneous animation, but it’s funny regardless:
