Things About Hitman You Just Found Out

when did they advertise “new animations”? pretty sure they just said they tightened them up, transition-wise, which the Alpha cover animations achieve

I think it’s technically more safe and realistic to hold a gun away from your feet. Idk though idk anything about guns

More safe is to transport your gun unloaded in a locked case. :stuck_out_tongue: That is what our laws say, IF you are allowed to carry both the gun and ammo.

Dont do that, dont remind me of how cool it would be to give 47 a gun/sniper case with each part left to assambly.

As I was browsing through challanges on Haven Island, infamous “Big Brother” challange, which requiered you to destroy 22 cameras, has been removed! (and thank god for that).

This might be wrong, but have they added some Sgail Assassination challenges? There’s one where you need to kill the target with knight armor and broadsword, doubt I’ve seen it before

Some have been moved from challenge packs and feats to the assassination tab. That challenge sounds familiar but I think it was a feat before.

I have just stumbled upon this video on YouTube and I think it is worth sharing.

It’s always fun when you find something like this years later. The forum went wild when Colorado was released and people put 2+2 together on it being the same Ezra

this reminds me of when Alexa Carlisle calls Don Yates

Or Grey calling Rico

It’s so cool because those things often get lost while playing. This is one of the reasons why we play the games again and again.

I just found out that in H3 headshots are generally very lethal. In H2 shooting the face is a one-hit kill, other than different headshots. Now all parts of the head are very lethal.

I actually saw videos of H3 in which NPCs didn’t die from headshots :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m confused. Are you saying that generally headshots in H2 didn’t kill people as regularly as shooting the face?

IMO, I’ve found Hitman 3’s headshot-lock-on to be a lot worse. Sometimes the reticle ends up locking onto an NPC’s neck for some reason, and shooting them in the neck is not an instant kill, leading to them panicking or you missing the fact that they aren’t dead.

That is weird, I tried to recreate a H2 contract that required you to kill someone with a muffin while allowing only headshots. But no matter how far away I way, the Krugermeyer was lethal in the back of the head. Maybe that gun got stronger?

Yes. I killed The Bad Boy with a Striker Bullet through the back of Bosco’s head. But Krugermeyer across the map into Bosco’s face? Big ouchie.

I’ve found H3’s pistol reticle to be out of line from where you actually shoot. When pistol sniping you have to aim about a head’s height above the NPCs head in order to get a headshot. Don’t remember if it was like that in H2

Ezra is a bad investigator. Shouldn’t he notice Mr. Rieper’s weird traveling pattern in 2000 :stuck_out_tongue: ?

And Bosco didn’t die? That’s really strange. My experience with headshots across the whole trilogy so far has seemed to be a 10/10 success. Didn’t know that wasn’t the case.

Ohh, they must have added (or bugged) bullet drop for pistols in H3… Hm, not sure if I enjoy that. (When playing the Lee Hong escalation, shooting an NPC in “the head” didn’t kill him which threw me for a loop. [around 2:15 in the video] the NPC wasn’t too far from 47 so that seemed odd. Maybe bullets really do drop that fast, but idk…

Nah my impression is H3 has the most lethal headshots.
