Things About Hitman You Just Found Out

Throwing a muffin with this glitch is useless, because there’s no difference when you throw a muffin like this or throw a muffin like usual;but if you throw a coin with that glitch, that will make a coin kill

Not really something about Hitman that I just found out, but more something related to Hitman that I just found out. I had always assumed that Rico Delgado had El Mijo the hippo because either he had it specially shipped over from Africa, or because somebody at IO did some really poor research on which jungle hippos are found in (I know, stupid to think that IO of all companies would be so egregious, but hey, it could happen, sue me!). But, I just recently found out that a major drug lord (or was he a president?) in South America actually had a private zoo with some hippos and when he lost power, the zoo was just left to fall apart and the hippos broke out and now South America actually has a population of invasive hippos. So Rico could have literally just found El Mijo wandering in his back yard. Who knew (rhetorical)?

It was Pablo Escobar, he had a few and I think there are around 40 at last count. Rico just adopted El Mijo either of his own volition or from a Moreno he killed. I forgot the specifics of it, he says how he got him in his museum I am pretty sure.

I know that this is based on Pablo Escobar, but i still feel like they’ve missed a good opportunity to put in a nice Codename 47 reference by not using a Jaguar instead.

But maybe its my own fault expecting a little Codename 47 Reference when we returned to Colombia after 18 years

NPCs slipping on puddles and getting knocked out won’t count against your SA rating. Especially useful with the Haven Island thief.

Found out that Anthony Martinez, the golden devil, was originally red

Shoving this guard off this balcony not only just pacifies him, none of the other guards nor the mortician will hear him fall.

Glad ioi changed his color palette to the golden one. It looks too generic here, and somehow it feels way too similar to Maynard John.

Maybe he was not planned as a distinctive character at that time.

And that 47 was supposed to grip the gun with both hands

It’s plausible. This would explain the beta color scheme of Martinez. I’m definetly happy with the final version.
Even if I’m not a BM fan, I still liked A Dance with the Devil for his unique theme and memorable characters, like Maynard John.

Yeah, exactly like in SA and Contracts.

I dislike Maynard John, the “duel” with him is just annoying. Also i always thought his name sounds wrong, like as they’ve swapped his first and last name by accident.

But Eve has won my heart with her lovely singing voice

Feast your ears

Also on a side note, this promotional Artwork of 47 is so amazing…

Lol, I agree, his name sounded weird at first, but now I feel it sound more unique in this way. And yes, the scripted duel was pretty lame, even if some players managed to eliminate him in unique ways and still keep SA.

Eve is another cool character of this game, beside her over the top attitude.
Remember the times 47 was facing letal foes during his assignments? Good old times.

Sure, ICA agents from Berlin are not that bad, but I still feel they are just a bunch of incompetent morons, rather than a challenge for 47. But it’s still fun to kill those idiots.

Edit: lol, how can I forgot the atrocious Eve’s song! But I must say it gived a good comic relief to her character.

IO always comes up with funky names for their characters. A Russian friend of mine said most if not all names are made up and I can say that the Romanian ones are also not very Romanian-ish :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Like a true professional should…

The Haven Island doc will swing by this bar for a Double Hurricane before going for a smoke. You can poison the drink so he’ll go over to the gents.

He’ll take a shortcut through the ladies room first.

Or dressed as a waiter, you can make your own cocktail for him.

You can also serve to waiters, apparently.

You can find an emetic plant easily outside the restaurant.

I wonder if you could stash a suit nearby, offer the waiter a poisoned drink, while he’s going for it change into your suit and that way poison kill him in a suit. That would probably make for a nice puzzle contract (or not).

Man this game has so many unintentional funny moments it never stops giving.

So I was doing Bangkok mission and posing as the new drummer following Jordan Cross to his studio, and to my utter surprise we pass by the real drummer on the way lmao. I figured shit my cover’s blown, but no, Cross just says hi to the drummer and continues on to his studio.

Oh come on now! He’s confident in his abilities and a bit of a show off. 47 would never use use proper technique :joy:.

I actually liked the duel. I wouldn’t want a bunch of them, but one was fun. I also liked how they arranged it so you have to stay on opposite sides of the room rather than just an open space or some 20 paces and turn around or cowboy action type thingie.

Being cocky is not the sign of a professional. What’s next? Holding the gun side-ways gangsta style :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
