The street musician is technically blending in, so maybe he can’t enforce you cause you can’t enforce him?

Just checked because you made be doubt and no, he noticed a weapon well enough at least. Also zoomed in his eyes and they seemed normal.
Or it was a sudden miracle.
@linux_penguin was right, the musician is just a really bad observer (or a very good one and don’t want any trouble from 47).

For some reason in my head-canon, he’s always just been a blind street musician. I would have sworn he was even wearing sunglasses but I guess not!

I didn´t know that Tamara actually has the security team do a background check on Tobias Rieper, as I never followed her around after the “self-introduction” (will have to do that). The cool thing about it is that on the second check-up with security, the guy in charge describes Rieper´s online presence as being too average with no pictures and suggests it possibly being a sockpuppet identity. It is exactly the same description and conclusion that Dalia gets from Ezra in The Showstopper. A very nice touch there indeed

I never knew that emetic poison is lethal to Owen Cage. It turns the Sieker 1 in to the fabled lethal dart gun.
His body being found still voids SA though.

Hmm. Interesting. You could fatally poison Soders with Lethal (obviously), Emetic, or even Sedative poisons.
Now I’m curious if Owen Cage would die if you used a tranq dart on him. 
Or even a sedative syringe. I kinda doubt it, but still…

He even dies from emetic gas. Guy’s HP value is probably set to 0.01.

Did anyone ever try to kill NPCs with emetics instead of muffins? Just come with Sieker + extra ammo in case it does less dmg than food.

Just tried. Even with the extra darts I couldn’t get a kill. Maybe someone on PC with an infinite ammo mod can see if it even registers anything?
Maybe they don’t even do damage and Owen’s NPC logic is just modified that being sick results in death.
