To be fair it is very hard to beat Disco Elysium, I can’t say I have ever played a game like it before or even since.

I’m still surprised that Hitman 3 got 2nd place. The guys at PCGamer placed it so high because it allows Hitman 1 and 2 content to be imported and have one big Hitman package. Doubt it could stand on it’s own without that.

They mention that in their article as well and it isn’t that unfair an assessment, I think a few people jere would agree that while HITMAN III is a good Hitman game it is the weakest one.

In H2016 Professional mode you could not equip disguises of NPCs that are shot. Probably the reason why they removed that to not make it conflict with the plot.
