The H2 model also had freckles on his arms and shoulders. I don’t know if they kept that on his texture for H3 since I switched to PS4 from PC so I can’t take good screenshots anymore.

Okay but the freckles are something I can comprehend. But I always thought he can’t grow hair on his whole body, haha, don’t know why I always thought so 
My personal headcanon for 47’s hairlessness is he just gets regular full body waxing.
