I found a little trick where if you ever so slightly hold down the aiming button while your camera is facing the front of 47, pause and unpause a few times before the reticle even appears, he will turn backwards, and then twitch towards the camera still in aiming position. Then to remove the pause menu you go to the graphics settings and click “hide menu”.
I also slightly zoom in with an editor to remove a little “show menu” prompt in the corner of each shot. Inbetween the pauses you get some pretty cursed moments like this:
