I created it manually, because it was showing this same message and no matter where I put installer it always shows this same message.
I’m guessing it’s because Windows 11, but it would’ve been silly since the game works on W11.
So the rat sits somewhere else and I hope @Atampy26 will be able to help to eliminate it
So, the installer had the exact same error, even when the “Simple Mod Framework” folder wasn’t present? That’s really strange.
I don’t know what exactly the installer does, apart from finding the Hitman folder and putting SMF in the correct location. But you could try to download SMF directly (not the installer) and extract/copy all the files into the mentioned “Simple Mod Framework” folder. Maybe that works, but not guarantees.
hello everyone ! i wanna specially thanks atrompy 25 for doing so hard work and updating his great smf till we be able to install our chosen mods in hitman 3 ! i wonder if he can update someof his other mods too ! like any npc any suit mod ! there are 108 file in that mod page ! and few of the m have bug and not working properly and there are new suits which added into game i was wondering if he be so kind and fix the bug of the existing mods and make mod for new suits ! that would be so great ! thank you so much ! and one last thing i was wondering If any one has clean hitman 3.exe file which is belong to the 3,20 version of the game ! You seem to be using a modified version of the framework, please install the actual release from Nexus Mods
Sir, I have hitman 3 v3.200 original …but only this problem is happening with this mod(Electric Suit)…not having this problem with other mods. …so please please help. … why is this happening and how to fix it ???

There’s nothing I can properly do about this. The error is non-specific and I’m still not convinced your version of the framework is the actual release.

Myself, having had many ‘Deploy Unsuccessful’ events in the past I would suggest this…
Have all your mod zip files in another folder/directory as a back up (so you don’t have to download them again).
Delete everything related to SMF.
Why do I say that? Because even if I did update SMF - something, somewhere was still making me have deployment failures.
It wasn’t until I deleted everything (yes, without backing up my mod zip files ) then downloaded and reinstalled a new/fresh SMF file did I stop having issues.
Well, there seems to be only one mod that gives me deployment failures… But once I remove that it will work again. ‘Community Updates’ I think…
I also thought it was something I fudged up with Freelancer Variations. There are a couple things you have to get for that to work. More than likely I put them in the wrong folder locations or whatever. But once I cleaned everything out and tried it again that too was working.

hey guys i have problem i found a mod about the container storage capacity being unlimited !it was old as my grandma but it was working but sad thing is when i was using it and when i puted more than 2 bodies in the container the next save i do in the game ! loading in crashes the game ! and the mod maker of it i searched for him (2kpr or something like that his name was ) lates mod he made was 4 years ago ! so i couldnt find it does any one has solution for me to be able to play the game as i enjoying benefits of this mod ! cause the way i play for being silent assassin suit only professional me in the game i knockout a lot of bodies and in some of the situations there isnt enough container in the area please help thanks so much

i think mine was some guy name onlinequid or something but i cant find him ! i dont know what to do i need an update i have alot of mod and smf has anoying way with the rpkg ! i mean i add the rpkg mod by smf ! and it says give it a name ! i give it a name and go into the game ! most of the time (altough it installled) its not working ! and another problem is i think there must be way added to the option of the smf to be able to read the rpkg mods like it reads the smf mod cause its really troubling situation ! i downloaded alot of mods and about half of them are rpkg and its not working !

I’m new here, so forgive me if this post is a bit of a mouthful—I got a little carried away! I recently saw a contract that seemed like it had been modded, but I believe it was created within the game’s normal limitations. It had custom NPC names, modified objectives, a restricted loadout, and a unique storyline. I’d love to do something similar, but I’m not sure where to start. Expand the customization options for contracts. Like more flexibility in defining the eliminations and objectives within contracts. Specific weapons and elimination methods.
For example, I recently made a contract in Colorado where the target was a famous rapper (an NPC that happened to resemble one), and I wanted the mission to include a task where you hack into a computer to steal his unreleased music. Currently, the only interaction with the computer is through blending in, but with a mod, it would be fantastic to convert that into a full hacking objective with custom text explaining the context in the objective menu.
Would be cool if possible to create contracts that use map-specific items for kills, like the wood chipper in Miami or the poisoned house in Whittleton Creek. Like any map with a ventilation system. Including objectives like pacifying NPCs, retrieving certain items with a custom backstory (e.g., hacking a laptop to steal secret files).
I’ve also seen some creative contracts—like a “White Rabbit” mission in Berlin where custom NPCs were placed around the map—and I’m wondering how I could replicate something like that. Also, I’m curious if there’s any way to integrate elusive target features, like making a target invisible on the map, into contracts.
Anyway, if anyone can show me how to pull this off or if there’s a mod that helps, I’d really appreciate it! My bad for the long post—I’ll try to keep it shorter next time (no promises!).

i installed the any npc any suit mod of urs mate !and when i did most of suits worked fine but 6 suits between them whatever i choose in that list of those 6 picture of it shows the npc but when i choose it in game to play with 47 himself apears with the style it choosen not the noc ! for example one of them is casual tourist ! i pick casual tourist as athena savallis ! when i go in the game ! its not athena savallis its the 47 with casual tourist style ! i tried all 6 styles with alot of npcs and still all tries was 47 default suit of that mod ! if it was trendy tourist it was trendy tourist suit if it was gauze it was gauze suit ! can you plz fix it its awesome mod ! you did great on that ! 6 suits are summer suit with gloves ! casual tourist ! gauze suit ! sandman suit ! trendy tourist suit ! formal hunting gear suit ! other suit mods are working perfectly ! and so hot ! but last thing is idk butcher suit works fine too or not i dont know how to unlock that suit there is no esceleation for that suit ! or if there is i didnt see ! plz fix it it`ll be a shame that such awesome mod and work of urs left un attended ! please attend to it and update it thank you so much if u do ! and one more thing there are some new suits for them game too if that was possible for you make some for those suits too !
