Looks like it’s failing in the cache dependency stage based on that pic, have you tried deleting the cache folder in SMF?

0.9.4 - Peacock Update and small tweaks
- Updates and integrates Peacock plugin and rainy night contract. Now accessible via Destinations menu in Peacock (Thanks Yanrishatum)
- Reduces number of Heavenly Guard disguise enforcers on the ship

Known Issues:
- Gun workstation has been replaced by original Romania one, now that Romania has been copied to work in Freelancer. It will turn any pistol into silenced HWK Pale. A fix has already been made but not put out
0.9.5 - Weapon Bench Fix
I should have just put this out back in April, I think I was waiting to tick more issues off the list before I did, but they’re stuff I don’t know how to fix.
This update fixes the weapon bench reverting to Romania’s “Turn any pistol into a silenced HWK Pale” version if you have Freelancer Variations installed. It does not fix the issue where 47 holds 2 handed guns with one hand after using it.
0.9.6 - Contracts Mode and More
Some people on Peacock (as well as modders wanting to make custom missions) were crying out for a contract-friendly version of Sandbox Hantu Port (normal version requires you to rescue hostages every time). So I made a contracts version but then that required me to re-do all IDs of NPCs and add them to the games repository with names, and that required me to get photos of all NPCs, and give official names and translations to the outfits on the maps… yadda yadda ya, but I did it all for you. Also did various other improvements.
Why won’t you just call it version 1.0 yet?
There are still pretty bad bugs with the map. NPCs being buggy on the ship, and NPCs being able to hear through the walls of new rooms. If those things ever get fixed… or I run out of version numbers, then the mod will officially reach version 1.
