I’ll take that in dollars, thanks. Btw I’m busy this week, so please give the next contract creation to the 2nd place or anyone of your choice.

Agents, a new mission has been deployed in Santa Fortuna for 8 days. Tread lightly, this one is a bit complicated.

The Voodoo Priestesses

PC: 1-12-2329279-62
PS4: 2-12-8853172-10
XBOX: 3-12-6715437-02

Objectives:

  • Eliminate Zunilda Lozano Segovia
  • Eliminate Susan M. DeLong
  • Eliminate Kara G. Hill
  • Eliminate Damaris Olivera Covarrubias
  • Escape with the gold idol or burial dagger [OPTIONAL]
  • Do not pacify or eliminate Nancy Sutter

Briefing

Good afternoon, 47. A string of massacres have been stretched across South America, and the cases, whilst similar… are admittedly peculiar. Each murder has been the same, the victim becomes fatally ill, their skin would turn yellow, their eyes would go bloodshot red, and it would spread throughout the victim’s neighborhood, causing the deaths of many low-income families. The media, however, has classified it as “death by magic,” since authorities report incense scents and pink wisps all over the crime scenes. However, our client, an American tabloid journalist named Nancy Sutter, has a different story.

She has linked all the infections to Zunilda Lozano Segovia, Codename: The Plague Doctor. Intel shows that Segovia was born during a flu pandemic in Ecuador. Her parents fell deathly ill and she studied hard for years to become a chemical engineer. She was forced to hop homes of her classmates regularly to avoid catching the illness her parents had. After years of hard work, she was met with the grim fate of her old home, caution tape across the portico as authorities had to branch off the decaying, plaguing bodies of Jacobo and Matilda Segovia, Zunilda’s parents. She became grown with grief, and decided to wreck havoc across the cities who denied her cries for help. However, while this biochemical terrorist is conjuring the bulk of the infections seen throughout South America, she is in fact not alone.

This is your second target, Susan M. DeLong, a self-proclaimed Voodoo Priestess from a remote town in Kentucky. She has been recently seen flying around South America, attempting to bless houses from catching the virus. Intel suggests a torn past between a deadbeat father and a clinically insane stepmother, DeLong moved to Argentina to study medicine and get away from the States. She soon crossed paths with Segovia, and she was shown to be one of Segovia’s only friends during their college years. After Segovia showed the infection in a container, DeLong knew how to strengthen it with her medical prowess. While contained quickly, the FDA had calls that one Howard DeLong was screaming and convulsing in pain on his kitchen floor, his tongue noted to turn char black. The worst part is: Susan’s name was seemingly erased out of existence.

Susan’s disappearance is thanks to Kara G. Hill, known as The Enchantress. Background intel supports that Kara was a rebel in her youth, supporting extremist groups and plaguing social media with radical ideals. After discovering Segovia and DeLong’s scheme to rid the world of the innocent, she automatically wanted in. Now, with her gorgeous looks and seemingly persuasive personality, Hill has managed to woo over underground figure The Vanisher. After becoming an apprentice to the genius, Hill now manages to remove any traces of Zunilda and Susan in any place they infect. Any witnesses are soon dispatched of by Kara and are never seen again. Think of her as the Plague Doctor and Voodoo Priestess’s clean-up crew.

You must also eliminate the Voodoo Priestess’s most faithful devotee, Damaris Olivera Covarrubias. Once a cabaret dancer throughout the South American continent, she returned home to take care of her husband, who was victim to a submarine accident owned by cartel head Rico Delgado. She spreads the word of the Voodoo Priestess, saying that Susan can help those in need. Those who do not abide by Covarrubias’ ideals are soon disposed of by “the being above,” which in reality is Segovia and her virus.

Columbia has started to succumb to the plague, and hospitals are starting to become overbooked as we speak. There is only one place that seems to be the needle in the haystack: Santa Fortuna. Segovia and DeLong are here in Santa Fortuna to poison the medicinal supply, acting under the guise of pharmacist and tourist respectively. Kara G. Hill has also been reported on-site, also acting as a tourist but are ready to make both the Plague Doctor and Voodoo Priestess disappear on Susan’s go. Damaris is also within Santa Fortuna, spreading the word of Susan while praying and defending her husband from Delgado’s thugs.

On-site intel reports that Susan M. DeLong and her boyfriend, who in no way knows about DeLong’s true intentions, are seemingly allured by famous tattoo artist Paul Power. You may be able to use this to your advantage.

However, on-site intel reports something more dire. Nancy Sutter, the tabloid journalist recently encountered Segovia, and is now drugged by Segovia to stay quiet and quickly forget everything, sort of like a memory erasing serum. She has entrusted a local shaman to take care of her until her time in Santa Fortuna is over, which she will then be disposed of and experimented on by a stronger, and more efficient plague. A rescue team will be sent in after the hit to recover Sutter, so you do not need to interact with her in any way. If she is harmed anytime throughout your time in Santa Fortuna, the contract will invalidate.

A biochemical terrorist, her famous, wittier partner-in-crime, a vanisher with beauty on her side, and a devotee extremist. We have a limited time to engage before Segovia, DeLong, and Hill escape separately to unleash havoc across the world. It’s time to grab this bull by her horns.

Good luck, 47.

Additional Objectives

Our client, hours before her kidnapping, provided additional information. A shaman from Chile can dispel the rest of the plague throughout South America if a gold idol is acquired. Intel says that the targets do not have the gold idol on them, so you must find it on the ground. You may also pacify the four targets, a small, substantial bonus being added to your score.

(Recover and exfiltrate with the gold idol in your inventory: +5,000)
(Pacify a target with the gold idol: +3,000 each)

Our client also requests that if you want to venture further into the caverns of Santa Fortuna, you may find and acquire a sacrificial knife located somewhere. On-site intel shows that the sacrificial knife was found on a remnant of bones near the construction site, but upon authority presence, it vanished.

(Recover and exfiltrate with the sacrificial knife in your inventory: +10,000)

Of course, upon acquiring the burial dagger, our client says that the sacrificial knife has been engraved with a mystical power that can cleanse any ounce of plague in Santa Fortuna. Any target taken out with the knife will also be provided a substantial bonus.

(Eliminate a target with the sacrificial knife: +5,000 each)

Hope my first elusive is enjoyable (and not over the top with four targets, sorry)! I originally was going to do one in Mendoza, but I didn’t feel like it would be too interesting with another rich guy killing people or whatever. Remember that while the gold idol and burial dagger objectives are optional, they could boost that score by just a little bit.

For Recreation

Segovia can be seen walking from the truck near the shaman hut exit before entering the pharmacy.
DeLong and Hill can be seen near the water on the side of Andrea’s mansion, each accompanied with a fisherman and tourist respectively.
Covarrubias can be seen talking to a vendor near the bar about her husband’s accident, and attempting to drive a local guard away.

Well, I decided to get in early on this one as I missed the last 2.

It was looking great until I panicked the last target and dumped her in the river in front of everybody. I went straight for the golden idol at the start as I know you can miss it if you wait too long, pacified all 4 targets with it before dumping 3 of them in various rivers for the Piranah’s to eat. Seemed like a fitting end for them.

Can upload a video of my run shortly.

Score 100,535 + 5,000 + 12,000
= 117,535

Also recreated on PS: 2-12-8853172-10 @Viv

I have access to a full copy of the game on PS now, so I’m happy to recreate each time after completing my submitted run on Xbox, as long as you guys don’t mind me doing it. I’ll try to get each new one done within the first few days of it being up.

I don’t mind at all! Thank you!

I don’t see a problem either. You’ll have already played and I think there’s only a couple PlayStation users so, this way, both will get to participate every time. I would recommend being quick in order to avoid potential suspicion that you recreated first and then played.

How happy were you to win and create this?

I missed the last one so I’ll give this a try tonight probably. Wonderful briefing and setup as always.

And there isn’t a burial dagger on the map, did you mean sacrificial knife?

True, and I don’t really trust anyone. BUT, @Crewdy uploads a lot of his runs of random contracts that shows he doesn’t cheat/boost, whatever. He’s on my stream every night/ morning for him and he seems solid.

Sounds fine to me.

Thanks Crewdy! That’s super nice of you!

Ha. I was too risky with that 3rd target. Should have KOed him and stabbed her. Oh well. I DID TRY THOUGH GUYS.

I almost forgot how to get the sacrificial knife.

Edit your post though, it’s not a burial dagger

It’s not? I get this knife and the one from Sgail confused! Thank you!

I thought you were going to knock out Hill’s friend with your briefcase in front of her, since if you kill a target that was a witness, your SA rating returns! I did like how you dispose of the Priestess’s friend in a…mystical… manner.

Yay my least favorite contract map! Jokes apart, it looks really interesting along with the bonus objectives, so I’ll definitely give it a try.

Btw the bonus for retrieving the sacrificial knife should be like 100,000 or something lmao. No way you can complete it without referring a guide.

Do you get these points if you bring the knife in your loadout?

no grrrrrrrrrr
I was thinking about it but bringing a sacrificial knife right away would devoid the idea of letting the targets do their thing (i.e. poisoning the medicinal supply/spreading the world of the Voodoo Priestess and salvation) while you get the knife

Also, I didn’t know how to distribute the knife and idol points correctly, I was just worried that if I made one too high, people who went for it would have a substantial lead

I’ll keep it in mind, though!

Heh, my least favorite map for contracts is Isle of Sgail, teehee
