If it means anything, there is only the final round after this, where there can be only one winner.
Well, I’ll leave you all to it.
Look, I’m sorry for also playing into it. I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings. I do think though that this stuff has been slowly boiling up over time, with talks of alliances and people working with each other.
While it is not against the rule, it is perhaps a bit far too downvote a mission purely out of spite, rather than stick to the game’s brief.
Yeah, and it’s ironic that @The_Elite_Institute themselves allied with a certain Hitman Fan.
Nah you didn’t hurt my feelings. I’m not that sensitive, but the last round just wasn’t fun at all since it was fuelled by spite.
I started playing this for enjoyment, not caring who eventually wins, but now it doesn’t feel fun at all so gonna stop. If I can’t feel like I can play fairly, then it seems pointless
He’s the guy that voted against Paris? I voted that down as I was going to do it before the round finished anyway. It is one of my least favourite WoA maps.
Yeah, I remember he voting for a level of your choice for that. Regardless, past times.

Also @Screaming_Meat come help Mumbai!
Come help Mumbai he says while upvoting Blackwater Park.
Blackwater Park is good and I am not ashamed to say it. It’s the only Absolution mission worthy of upvoting.
Sure fine I guess that is a reason. But by all means prolong the inevitable if you Absolutely must.

I also wanted to quit the game. Because I think this game is involved in old collusions. The only thing that made me happy was that in the previous game England and Wilton Creek were not in the final; That’s why I will stay in this competition until next year; And if I don’t reach any of my goals in the next match, I will also leave the game (because I understand that these collusions are real).
People are strange; You like Miami but not India; India and Miami are similar; both busy and full of ways and opportunities; India is just more complicated than Miami; In general, I think you hate complexity
Being one of the first people to offer mercenary voting with their points and then turning on the idea of collusion later on in the game is the sort of Mephistophelean irony reserved for the lowest depths of a Dantesque model of Hell.
So this alleged collusion is between certain members of this forum and good taste?
The next round is the finale, we all leave after the next round! (That is unless some sick fuck revives the Best Target competition.) The chances of Wilton Creek and Dartmoor winning are decent but unlikely without some sort of massive rally behind them.
Ignoring that you are finally correct for once I think you should probably want Mumbai eliminated given the strength of that level in comparison to the nostalgia votes.
Complexity doesn’t mean good and I would argue that for the many people who interact with Hitman as a sandbox it is an active hindrance. And this is coming from a guy who also really likes Mumbai.
The long and short of it is that on the broader scale we are engaged in the epic 19th century debate over the rational versus the romantic.
Oh I like seeing this at 10:35pm. Get to play and go to bed rather than stay up till midnight… then I can play tomorrow at work and HOPEFULLY not fall back into the “stay up too late” to play routine again.

My reasonings for each score (I really wanted to talk about each mission i chose)
-
Added one point to Sapienza (World of Tomorrow) cuz its my favorite mission/level in the game overall, I think its peak Hitman… nuff said.
-
One point deducted from The Bjarkhov Bomb. This was always my least favorite mission in Contracts. The mission is too big for its own good and it makes you walk a lot, plus the secondary objective (blow up the sub) is annoying to do. I like the lore details this mission added (there being a third Fuchs brother and how it’s technically an unseen mission from Codename 47) and the atmosphere is nice but thats about it, I dread replaying it everytime because of how long and boring it is. It reminds me of the Hidden Valley mission from H2:SA which is kinda designed in a similar way, and which I also similarly dread. One point down, 47.
-
One point deducted from Skurky’s Law. I had to google it cause I literally couldn’t remember if it was the courthouse mission or the one where you escape from its jail right afterwards when ICA begins its attack on the town… google says this is the first one. It’s yet another one of those forgettable filler-esque “get from point A to B” linear levels that Absolution was so fond of for whatever insane reason so I took a point off for that alone. Plus, this level also has that infamous ending cutscene where the so-called Legendary Hitman gets floor-electrocuted and instantly KO’d like some simple chump so the plot can progress, marking yet another badly-written silly OOC moment of 47 getting pathetically outsmarted/incapacitated in this game’s story… if I hadn’t seen Bjarkhov Bomb was also in the list I’d have taken two points off this level alone cuz of those two things lol.
